I have been working in the nursing home for three years now, and I have seen technological changes over the years. At first, we were using an old kiosking system to document activities of daily living (ADLs), intake and output (I&Os), vital signs (VS), and restorative nursing, while utilizing the paper MAR for medication administration and paper patients’ charts. We write our nurses’ notes in the paper chart. Our residents had been using call bells to notify staff whenever they need something. We also used an old bed alarm system, which was loud once a resident is out of bed.

“When I was fifteen, she used to have me call people on the phone and pretend I was her” (651). She had to talk to many people for her mother so that the correct information could get across. While I was growing up I lived with my grandmother most of the time. She had lived in many different states over the years, such as, Nevada, Texas, California, Rhode Island, Indiana and many more. She had developed many different speaking habits because of the moves I picked up on many of those habits as a child.
“In December 2007, Annie Leonard released the online video The Story of Stuff, which, in a lively graphic style, sums up her past 20 years in global pursuit of the truth about the things we buy, use, and throw away”(Robins). As Robbins has stated in Annie Leonard’s Story of Stuff video she presented a claim. This claim is presented to the audience using three appeals, logic, ethics, and emotion. In this essay I will try to analyze Leonard’s claim and the way she used the three main rhetorical devices, ethical appeal, emotional appeal, and appeal to logic.
We could ask one of our local aboriginal back ground elder to come and visit our child care service and spent some time with the David for a few days till he settles down---this is with both parents’ permission and our supervision in the care service. If could also suggest Jack to make sure David spends time with his kinship family during weekends. Also David should be able to communicate with his mom Alice on a daily basis, at least on phone so that he can express any of his concerns to his mom.

Good Morning, I am writing you to bring to your attention an issue UHC is having with Morning Side Nursing Home located in Bronx, NY. The following members are enrolled in our UHC Personal Assist MLTC, authorized for long term custodial care. The facility has not been cooperating in submitting the conversion documentation to HRA for chronic care eligibility determination. I have contacted the facility’s Medicaid Coordinator Andrea Gurango since November of 2016 regarding member Kamrun Nehar and made arrangements to follow up with her in a few weeks on the status of the conversion application. From November till now I have called and sent emails to Andrea requesting status.
Steven Truscott Case: Analysis In 1959, in Southwestern Ontario, town of Clinton a young man named Steven Truscott was wrongly convicted for the murder of his 12 year old classmate, Lynne Harper. Steven was seen giving Lynne a ride on his bicycle to the highway 8 intersection around 7pm, a favor she asked him to do. Two days after Steven Truscott was seen giving Lynne Harper a ride to the highway intersection, Lynne Harper was found dead near a tractor trail near a wooded area. Although Steven Truscott claimed that he saw Lynne Harper get into a car after he dropped her off, many people continued to believe that Steven Truscott murdered her.

These cases raise basic constitutional issues of the utmost concern. it also calls into question the role of the military under our system of government. it involves the power of Congress to expose civilians to trial by military tribunals, under military regulations and procedures, for offenses against the United States. And thereby depriving her of trial in civilian courts, under civilian laws and procedures and with all the safeguards of the Bill of Rights. Notwithstanding, she was tried by the court-martial with-out a grand jury, the dependent alleged that she was denied a right to a jury tried and so right to have her indictment presented to a grand jury pursuant to the constitution.
