According to internet information, the sports drink of market share of Pocari Sweat is about 48%% in Hong Kong that is. We want to improve Pocari Sweat at sports drink of market share so we need to improve the quality of Pocari Sweat to increase the sports drink of market share.
The Pocari Sweat of bottle 500ml new price is about $12.5 compared other brand as Aquarius of bottle 500ml which the price is $9.5 The Pocari Sweat ‘s price is higher than Aquarius ‘s price but our product quality is improve and we can provide more choices for customer so we can increase more people choose our product when I improve the quality of Pocari Sweat then the production cost will increase to $4 and we plan the market share increase to 48% so the Pocari Sweat sales 200,000 bottles per year change to 250,000 then the profit will change to $2325000,the profit increase $565000.
