Health care providers in 1990 started to discover the powerful tool for reducing variation in the practices of the patient care such as clinical paths. Many students have learning disabilities that can affect them in many ways weather being writing focusing on a task at hand, standing up to people, talking backwards, having to make things perfect and many more. But there can be a disadvantage to all that. Having certain learning disabilities can be treated unfairly in certain schools like being separated from kids that might help them, or being treated like little children. When in reality being with “normal” kids might help them more.sometimes their needs are met and sometimes they are not. Which that is what this report is all about.

Hospice/Palliative care for a dying patient needs to be well planned and managed to ensure that all aspects of care giving are taken care of. The plan provides a reference for nurses and other practitioners who are involved in giving care to the patient. This is so as to ensure that they all know what needs to be done and does not. The plan also includes the relatives or family of the patient who need to be involved in the process not only to give emotional support but also physical support to the patient. However, this is just a plan and the nurse’s actions are independent and governed by the scope of practice of the state and specific country as well as the comfort levels of the nurse.
