Stress is an unavoidable truth that so many people can face sooner or later, as it has several causes and many harmful effects. Changes in peoples’ lives, for example, setting off for college, getting hitched, evolving employments, or disease are regular wellsprings of stress. Stress can cause depression, pressure, anxiety, anger, stomach aches, and unlimited symptoms.’’ When stress starts interfering with your ability to live a normal life for an extended period, it becomes even more dangerous. The longer the stress lasts, the worse it is for both your mind and body. You might feel fatigued, unable to concentrate or irritable for no good reason’’ Krantz (2015). Meditation is a very useful technique to overcome stressful moments as it offers several exercises that can benefit any and every one. In order to meditate or do Yoga, a person should first choose a relaxing place to start the process of relaxation and overcoming stress. An individual can start by first closing his/her eyes, then breathe in slowly and breathe out, in and out at the same paste. In order to fully relax individuals should know how to put themselves in the best state of mind by thinking about all the positive things in life, and imagining all the places, countries, events, they want to be in or go to. By repeating the previous process daily for three to five minutes can help reduce stress and improve individuals’ lives, as it makes them more relaxed and less stressed. Moreover, to elaborate on that previous exercise, an individual can make it wherever genuine or envisioned. Maybe it is their most loved room, a wonderful knoll, a sea shoreline, or a gliding cloud. In order to proceed with the exercise, one should be in agreeable garments, totally loose and take a couple of full breaths. After reaching a quiet relaxing state of mind it is now easier to let go of whatever leads to stress or pressure. Individuals should center their mindfulness on the present moment and imagine themselves being anywhere comfortable and happy. Notice in point of interest what it seems like, feels like, odors like, and sounds like. Give the current action full consideration free from diversions.
