Panasonic Human Resources Development Company (HRDC) has established to provide employee at every level of the organization with training and education. Panasonic HRDC has divided into four broad areas of training which are management training, technology training, manufacturing training, and marketing training. The main purpose of this broad area is to develop the new innovation through customer demands. Panasonic HRD policy is to ensure all of employee understands of Panasonic background.
