1. 0 INTRODUCTION Petronas Dagangan Berhad (PDB) was established on 5 August 1982 and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on 8 March 1994. There are four core business sectors that involved by PDB which consists of Retail, Commercial, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and lubricants. PDB is one of the leading company of retailer as well as marketer of oil and gas products in Malaysia. PDB continuously create new and innovative products as well as achieve the robust growth in Retail and Lubricant sectors.
