The government though that integrated education can improve overall educational effectiveness and cost effectiveness. It can address the diversity of society and the basic needs for general schools (Norwich, 1996). The objective is to develop the potentials of every student (Education Bureau, 2014). Different scholars support the scaffolding theory and the zone of proximal development that children's learning is like building structures. If students who need some special educational needs, it can provide sufficient support and helps so that it can stimulate a person's largest potential (Wood, Bruner & Ross, 1976).
Many countries have enthused towards decentralisation, making schools more independent in their judgment making and holding them more accountable for results. At the same time, the obligation to progress overall student performance while serving more diverse student populations is putting schools under stress to use more evidence-based teaching practices. So, Formal and informal leadership play more important role in a school or an educational institution. Formal leaders are designated leadership constructed on their location with a group. In other word formal leader is a member of organization who has given authority by virtue of his position to effect other members of organization to attain organizational goals.
Scaffolding, according to Abbott, who is the editor of The Glossary of Educational Reform, is a variety of techniques used to help a student or students to move on at the proper or excelled pace for stronger and deeper understanding and having greater independence of the learning process. In short scaffolding has been and continues to be a gigantic impact and wise move made in the school system and by teachers who truly care about their students go to infinity and beyond in their learning and education. Scaffolding is very closely related to Vygotsky’s ZPD which stands for Zone of Proximal Development Santrock (2011). The ZPD shows the range of ability, skills and other tasks that the child, children, or students can perform on their own without out an adult or a guide by the student’s side to help them Santrock (2011). In this case this is will be the classroom and the students and how well they can perform what is taught to them, if they can understand will little to no help and even tested what the classroom grades would look like.
As mentioned earlier in this paper, societal developments in several domains confront schools and teachers nowadays with more challenges of different kinds (Elchardus, 1994; Hargreaves, 1994b). In order to meet these challenges, teachers’ professional development is considered vital (Hoyle, 1989; Vonk, 1989). Each school is expected to create favorable conditions for teachers’ professional development (Berg, 1983). In the literature the importance for professional development in order to achieve job satisfaction (Helderman and Spruit, 1993; Kottkamp, 1990; Tuetteman and Punch, 1992) is stressed. In

Then, he shows the features of data analysis which depend on the researcher because it is a personal process. Data analysis starts with collecting data and this is the most important step which may facilitate the process of analysis. It is a growth process since it accepts more than one way. It can also be considered as a deep critical process.

In the same vein, this study aims to draw attention to a newly developed concept of learning which overemphasizes the role of individual learner in attunement of his thought, emotions and strategies to accelerate and escalate the extent of his acquisition. To do so, an overview of this new phenomenon known as self-regulated learning is given at first and evidence attesting to the fruitfulness and utility of such strategy is dispensed in the following.
1. INTRODUCTION The goal of education is to build children as capable, useful, productive and responsible members of the society by providing adequate learning experiences and opportunities to children to gain knowledge, to acquire skill and competence; to refine the attitude and to nurture all sorts of creativity in the children. India has been making experiments in the field of education since it got freedom in 1947 to draw the best out of its classrooms. After a very long debate and discussion a sea change was targeted in the assessment in school education and Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) was introduced in 2010. It was urged and hoped that it would shift the focus of education from need of learning to love for learning; (NCERT, 2000) it would reduce anxiety and stress of the learners; it would assess the learners holistically and it would enhance the level of learning performance due to timely diagnosis and appropriate remedial intervention.
