Obesity and overweight are abnormal or excessive fat accumulation in body that may impair people’s health (WHO,2016). These problems are getting more and more serious. According to WHO, just in 2014, 39% of 18 and older adults, weighed heavier than standard weight and over 600 million people were obese. Futhermore, overweight and obesity kill more people than underweight (WHO, 2016). From that, people want to lose weight. Losing weight is good for health, but weight loss too much in a short time has a contrary result. Adversely, accordung to researchers from Kyungpook National University, Daegu in the Republic of Korea, losing weight in a wrong way even damage the internal organs of the body (Lavelle,2010). This matter concerns many people. To be more precise, effects of weight loss so quickly will be discussed below.

The risk of being diabetes can be accerlerated by rapid weight loss. Insulin imbalance is the result of stress by trying to lose weight in a short time. The body also have to respond negatively to crash dieting because it is not responsible for crash dieting before. For a long time, the risk of being diabetes is accerlerated more quickly and quickly.
Losing weight too quickly also lead to the formation of gallstones. Gallstones are solid pebbles made of cholesterol that form in your gallbladder -- an organ that stores bile for fat digestion ( RENEE,2014). When people have gallstones in gallbladder, the feeling of hurt is unavoidable. If the situation happens in a long time, people will die because of bile-stone. Weight-Control Information Network (as cited in RENEE, 2014) has showed that if people lose 3 or more pounds per week instead of a lower rate, the chance of forming gallstones increases.
