Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang (PKNP) was established on December 27, 1965 through the enactment LKNP Num. 12/65 with its primary responsibility for the rise, encourage, facilitate and carry out efforts of the country's social and economic development, especially in rural areas.155 employers are the total employees working in Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang (PKNP) and 13 employees working at management services department.

In the house training which is training program that usually the company will invite an expert counsellor to the company for the training and involved with major number of employees. Specific training is a training that given to the specific employees in order to improve employees performance. An HRIS provides uniformity through templates and predetermined procedures for uploading data and downloading reports. It also means that data retrieved and viewed is in a format that is easily identifiable and user friendly.

Knowledge management is an important element in successful HRM. HRIS become a house of important information on the various aspects of an employee’s history within the company.
Lastly, we can conclude that it make we understand about human resources information system. We can use this knowledge for our future.
