Having discussed the problem and the study’s purpose, this paper will first review the literature that outlines main content of study in chapter II. Standard error of the mean I read the section on standard error of the mean (SEM) three times and unfortunately, this concept is difficult for me to understand. I do understand that the standard error of the mean is the standard deviation of a sampling distribution of means. I understand how to calculate the SEM (simply divide the standard deviation of the sample by the square root of the sample size minus one).

Ruling tribunal is the ideals of parliamentary versus presidential. The levels of government are argued because of the fact of how they should dived the power up.
