For my mystery book talk, I read Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs. This book takes place in Cairnholm which is an island off of the UK. This example of suspense works very well for the story because it shows that a living thing that came through the loop from the past died overnight, and this indicates that something would happen to the children if they passed through the time loop. In conclusion, the author adds a lot suspense in this
