1. What difficulties have you encountered in assessing your agency’s performance and effectiveness?
1.1 Introduction
This paper will evaluate problems which organizations faces in assessing their performance and effectiveness, this topic talks about performance and effectiveness, the difficulties that we face while assessing the performance and effectiveness, at the first it talks about what is performance and effectiveness? What are those difficulties which do not let an organization to evaluate its performance and effectiveness? Here it separately defines each performance and effectiveness and as well as those factors which effect the organizational performance and effectiveness, like corruption, political recruitment and old system of administration work.

the corruption, political recruitments and administration work system are very big issues in an organization and a government which creates too many problems in achieving its goals and objectives, it does not let an organization or a government to have good performance or to be effective. Task 3 1. Why it important to work accurately and what is are the consequences of submitting inaccurate results? It is important to submit accurate results as the results that are submitted could potentially be used in a legal scrutiny case in court to help prosecute the offending company. The reason why the quality of the results must be so accurate is because if case goes to court the accused company will want to challenge the work you have carried out or your method or your results, they will employ a solicitor to help them win the case.
When I hear the words, Human Resource Management, several different things comes into my mind. Some of the areas of human resource management, that come to mind are payroll, insurance, employee retention, training, retirement, employee recruitment and promotions. The third issue we found out from “Serpico” is corruption. In the movie, police officer Frank Serpico exposed corruption in the New York City police department. He was the first officer to testify against another officer. Corruption is the dishonest behavior and wrong doing on the part of an authority or powerful party through means that are illegitimate, immoral, and incompatible with ethical standards. Corruption are include giving or accepting bribes or inappropriate presents, double dealing, under-the-table transactions, manipulating elections, diverting funds, laundering money and defrauding investors.
Political corruption is one political issue is happening with many countries all around the world and the United States. This issue makes the government has a lack of transparency. The political system has been weakening. People in society do not have the freedom to check the government and cannot protect their community. Political corruption makes politics in those nation has less stability.
Corruption takes away fundamental aspects of life be it freedom [Sports], money [Healthcare], or trust/reputation [Police]. In contrast, one might argue that certain forms of corruptions are needed to sustain everyday life. This is the complete truth; however, there are model governments/organizations/etc. that have successfully developed and progressed without the need for corruption.

Last week, we had the pleasure of sitting down and talking with Julie Nickerson, a Junior at Simmons College. Nickerson is currently pursuing a double major in Business Management as well as Public Relations, Marketing & Communications and a minor in health care management at Simmons. Nickerson has built her career over a variety of roles ranging from interning at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts last summer, to currently working for Simmons College as a Student Worker in the Academic Programs Office.
