Personality is the focus of how people interact with one another in each day of life. Personality gives the basis for comprehending why our lives look like our own and not like that of our neighbors. In the choice of a job, a partner, or home, our personality guides our choices and the path taken by our lives (Cohen, Panter, Turan, Mrse, & Kim, 2014, pp. 944-945). According to Cohen, Panter, Turan, Mrse, and Kim (2014), the employers, and the employees should embrace personality factors in the workplaces instead of ignoring them.

Rather, a leader should recognize the areas of strength in other members of the team. Leaders should be facilitators for projects. Ultimately, they make sure work gets done at the highest caliber possible. They do so by inspiring members of the team to contribute a high level of effort and dedication. That being said, I do not think it is right for a leader to sit back and let others complete all the tasks.
The team leader watches as the team collectively accepts their various milestones in the project. A form of team identity is formed among the members of the group. The team leader is seen as a mode of communication when decisions need to be made at a higher level. Be mindful of the fact that the team can go back to a previous stage. It can go back to the forming stage if a new member joins and also the storming stage one of the team members starts doing his work independently.
Working well with others, being open-minded, and having respect are all ideas associated with teams. Within a team, all players must do their job as one piece in the whole machine. Without each individual doing their part the entire team will be inefficient. In order for the product to be made, each teammate must do his or her part. The same qualities can be asked from coaches.

Our personality is what makes us unique individuals. Each person has an idiosyncratic pattern of enduring, long-term characteristics and a manner in which he or she interacts with other individuals and the world around them. Our personalities are thought to be long term, stable, and not easily changed. There are many theories concerning personality and its development.
Personality is one of the main areas of psychology research. Over the years, researchers developed theories trying to explain how people are different and similar. Personality theory is the approaches to understanding the “What”, “How” and “When” of characteristics and features that make up an individual 's personality. An insight into personality is important to understand the function of a person’s mind. By doing this you would be able to understand and observe your own psyche from an outside perspective, interact with others better and understand why they do what they do or predict how someone may react to something. My personality can be describe as Introverted since I am reserved, practical and quiet.
