Somehow this is true, because at times I don’t like to get social that much I like to stay in my zone only. I like to stay isolated. I just say things that I don’t feel like doing or which according to me is not correct. The other two fall in the category of high sociability and dominance. The people in this category are brilliant skeptic.
Sometimes, you can’t get what you want. It’s tough to understand, but it is true, in life and sports. Although everyone wants to play, sometimes you just won’t. That is how life works, and the sooner you learn that, and accept it, the better off you’ll be. When you don’t show up to practices, or you show no improvement, chances are, you won’t
Overthinking keeps us from having a positive attitude towards our choices. Instead of focusing on other issues, our thoughts keep on circling around that one topic and there is no end to it. This is a sign of low self-esteem and a lack of trust in ourselves. We try to weigh all our possible options, like a multiple choice question, but life is not a test. It’s a journey where we are allowed to make mistakes and learn
In some cases I faced being hated by stuff I say does not make any sense. However, it does feel it is clear to me. Not everything is people's fault in some cases it is yours. I learn it the hard way since I like making new friends to get to know them better and a standard standing where you will not be hated in anyways. After this chapter it is clear to me I can change the way I act, so I will be appreciated.
Apart from GEIT assessment, I know that I am very straight forward and introvert type of person. I usually do not go to people personally and remind them for the work that I have assigned, keeping in mind that everyone should do their job without external influence or priority setting. This has proven to be non-effective often and personal relationship matters the most. Resilience Test Resilience is our ability to bounce back when things don 't go as planned. It 's a quality that we all possess to some degree, but some of us can draw on it more easily than others can.
We tend to get more conscious when we think others are judging us for our looks and actions, but in reality, no one really notices that much. It was just my mind that was making up stuff like people are observing me. This makes me feel more comfortable and confident. There are still times when I feel awful and that feeling of self-consciousness creep back to haunt me, but I try my best to psyche myself to feel good about myself and constantly remind myself that people are not just literally standing there to observe me, they have better things in their life to do. Even when people observe me or comment about me, I try to not to take it at heart.
I still am me, but I am more open to deal with conflicts head on instead of accepting them. Learning From analyzing my crisis, I learned that even though it was an experience I did not want to have, it provided me an opportunity to challenge myself and go head on with something I disagree. It opened my eyes that I learn and grow from experience and by approaching different situation instead of avoiding them or relying on someone else. Because of this, I try to approach more situations and deal with them by myself, if possible, so that I would learn how to deal with situations as these with more ease and professional

They reached that spot by their hard work, patient and spending those days, which you’re spending now.
Sometimes you might even fail but failing doesn’t mean you are a failure. When you fail, look at the steps you took that led you to fail and work on rectifying them. Never use the same strategies that failed you because if you do you will get the same results. You have to be prepared to deal with all challenges in your life. Always know that success doesn’t come by accident, you have to work for it and it must find you prepared.
If you want things done, it is best to do them yourself. By doing this, you can be assured that these feelings of dissatisfaction or disappointment won’t be experienced. Loving yourself is an issue that I struggle with. I have my various days where I love myself but then there are moments when I
