Personal development is a lifelong process that covers activities that develop identity and awareness, cultivate human potential and talents, strengthen human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. Some experts define it “as a way for individuals to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realize and maximize their potential”.
Simply put, personal development is a lifelong commitment to becoming a better version of one’s self.
Seeing that personal development is a process that lasts all through one’s life, it first involves attitudinal development, then encompasses educational and leadership development.

Change/Do things differently
Change your schedule and do things you will not ordinarily do. For example, see a documentary film instead of the action film you usually do, go for a museum exhibition or a public recital instead of a game show.

You have to build up the patience to become a tenacious researcher because research empowers us on the journey of education. Research will help you know a little about a lot of things, and be knowledgeable about the things that make the wheels of everyday life turn.
