This goal will help me occupationally, mentally, and emotionally. Occupationally I will do better in school and at my job. Mentally I won't be stressed out about all the work i have to do and/or catch up on. Due to the fact i won't be stressed my emotions and mood will improve as well. First target date i rewarded myself with a nice hot cup of hot cocoa. Second target date i rewarded myself by taking a break and relaxing for a day in my bed not worry about school, home, etc. The last target date i will soon go out and treat myself to a dinner with friends because i accomplished my goal. I will most definitely continue to work on my gaol and working hard. When I improve this part of my life enough in the near future I will add more goals to accomplish. I want to set more goals to make a better life and future for myself. I will set my future goals for my physical health to improve my muscles and self. I don't really look at my health any different after this project. My awareness of my health has not changed from when i went in to this project to now, my views are the same as they were when i started. If i had to do this project over again i would have picked the same goal as i did, I have a problem with procrastinating. This project was good and completely worth doing. I would have added more support if i were to go back and do this assignment again. More friend and family
