First, these companies are embracing innovation that is the epicenter of determining the optimal solution finding. Accordingly, the industrial growth is likely to face enough or sufficient support by the IT companies. The level of competition between the existing companies is one factor leading to the development." at the beginning there is a number of companies have their own internal IT division, and I think those companies found it hard to keep their employees up to date with changes in technology. So, what evolved overtime are separate IT companies that as consultant will come in, and help larger organization maintain their IT infrastructure. Those separate companies are better able to find the funding and the time for their employees to keep up with field." said Professor Solarek …show more content…
Arguably, the certificates like (CISCO, Oracle, Microsoft and SAP ) are very important for the IT distance. The graduates who do not have those certificates are less skilled or equipped to face some of the tasks that these companies can handle. These certification are very essential, and it is paramount for these graduates to have an idea about them." Those certification are helpful specially if you don't have a degree, but once you got your first job after a degree, from then on, it's the experience you have which dominate, not what certificate you have". said Professor

The information revolution is sweeping through our economy. No company can escape its effects. Dramatic reductions in the cost of obtaining, processing, and transmitting information are changing the way we do business. “To get ahead in today’s business world, a company must utilize the right resources. One of the most effective, of course, is information technology (IT), which has become an essential tool for businesses across many industries” (2013).

Transportation industry is a good case to illustrate this point. Over the last few years, the industry has been transforming really fast, not even giving chance to the established players to cope with the changes. Taxi industry is now dominated by players like Uber. Car industry is fast moving toward automation led by technology firm such as Google. Nordstrom should not only do technological analysis of the industry but also the speed at which technology disrupts their industry.

Introduction Motivational interviewing is a collaborative, person-centred form of communication which focuses on the language of change. ‘It is designed to strengthen personal motivation for and commitment to a specific goal by eliciting and exploring the person’s own reasons for change within an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion’ (Miller et al., 2013, p.29). The technique of motivational interviewing was developed by two psychologists, Bill Miller and Steve Rollnick. Motivational interviewing is therapeutic to patients as it is based on a partnership, rather than a nurse-patient relationship (Heckman et al., 2010). There are four processes of motivational interviewing; engaging, focusing, evoking and planning.
I 've learned while conducting these interviews that both indivuials have similar issues within the healthcare system. one of the biggest issues both interviewees faces was the cost of healthcare and health insurance coverage. One of the interviewees has a chronic illness, and at times has to decide if she wants to purchase her needed medication or to buy groceries for herself and her family. The other interviewee although employed, doesn 't have health insurance coverage because its too costly every month. it seems they 're both appreciative of the fact there is a somewhat healthcare system with health care providers and professionals available to them, but feels its only available if you have health insurance coverage.

According to Peter Senge learning organizations are “organizations where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where
A.Regarding Appendix A there are several aspects that I have learned. To be specific, how future employees err when they relate their personal life story and irrelivant information to answer a question (A2). I know that I am most defiantly guilty of that. Also, I was very surprised to learn that the three key points of a very efficient interview was empathy, honesty, and respect (A2). Before reading this in my textbook I would have thought appearance had a very high importance to a successful interview.
