Driving up to Summerville Georgia for a weekend adventure, I look out the window to a wonderland of colored leaves. It is beautiful; it is Fall. My family and I were renting a cabin. When we arrived we went outside for some exploring, then headed to Walmart to purchase food for lunch. At Walmart my Mother told my Father, siblings and me to get microwave meals. I remember watching my Father make fun of some of the weird meals, then proceed to choose the weirdest ones. When we arrived back at our cabin we ate our meals. Next we headed out for a hike, an adventure was at hand. I recall walking behind my family, enjoying the nature and trees, and observing my family enjoying themselves. As we walked down the trail I saw my Mother taking pictures of the orange leaves hanging overhead. I also saw her and my little sister looking at a plant and talking about my aunt and something about the plant. This made me smile because it seemed to me as if they were truly enjoying …show more content…
We walked around some then ate lunch at the restaurant in the market. Then we looked at the interesting goods they offer. Eventually parting off on my own, I got to explore and watch people do their shopping or hang out with their friends or family. I noticed that many of them, like myself, were amazed by all the unique products. When it was time to leave I was walking back to where my family was and I saw this little girl sitting in her Father’s shopping cart and wearing a pink puffy coat with purple mittens swinging around in her seat. I thought she was cute and I was happy to see that she was having a good time. After our time at the market we cooked dinner for my grandparents with the foods we bought. When we were sitting at the dinner table my Mother and big sister were talking about our adventures at the market and said they thought I must have been enjoying myself because they saw me stop, smile at the little girl, and then continue
She came back, picked up her last snack and held it out to me to open for her. I passed her the cookies and she took them to the slide. She went up the steps and sat on top in the corner while slowly eating the cookies. When they were gone she slid down the slide and went over to the books. She brought me a book so I went over to sit on the foam blocks to read to her.
At first when I looked at her I thought she looked older than I imaged most likely almost my age and she was also very shy. I thought the best thing I could do was either give her the puppy and tell her to go outside and play with it or watch a movie. Ultimately I didn’t know how she'd react to me making her go outside so I chose the movie. Of course since she was younger I had to find a movie that was not rated R or PG 13
Her name was Ms. Dotty. Ms. Dotty is one of the oldest individuals that still receive food. Her family is no longer in Rocky Mount, so she does not have a lot of social interaction. She was standing at the door when we pulled into her driveway. She just had the biggest smile on her face.
When we got to our Grandparent’s house, my mom’s family side, in Watertown we had supper and went to church at 7:00. The church was packed so we had to sit in the balcony, and the balcony is cool because it sort of wraps around the top. When we got home we relaxed and just hung out. The next morning I woke up late, and my
She sat crisscross applesauce, playing with her new Dora doll, oblivious to the events that encased us. I played with her. My aunt laughed at us. It wasn’t her normal laugh. I couldn’t understand it.
It was a wonderful evening and Me, Jayla, Jayden, Mom, Dad we 're driving to Webster lake! We got there and me and Jayden went up this little path and my eyes got blurry, There was a homeless man in the center of the path and I ran. And we went to Webster lake. We were at the lake and Me my brother and my sister went to the park.
I sat down and enjoyed a big, fluffy pancake. It was delicious! After breakfast my 59 year old nana ask me “do you want to go to the cliffs?” I said “sure I would love to go to the sand cliffs!” And also my 16 year old, older sister Megan ask to go with us and my 5 year old little sister ask also too if she could come to the cliffs.
People around me were playing games with a ball. Others were just drowning each other. When the sun was starting to come down I got off and went back. They started cooking some more food for us. First I went to go change back to my clothes.
My parents, my sister and I sat around the lunch table. This time, my sister was sitting at the head of the table, my mother was sitting on her right side and my father was sitting next to my mother as he wanted to sit closer to his favorite dish. Lunch consisted of mini burgers, shrimp curry with rice, cheese samosas and salad. My father ate his shrimp with rice quietly, while my mother and sister were talking about new furnitures to buy. In the middle of the conversation, my sister got up to take a phone call.
Thursday: I woke up that morning, packed my bags, and my dad and I headed out. We left at 5 a.m. on our way to Mississippi. It was like any other road trip, long, tiring, and dreadful. The 13 hour car ride consisted of stopping to eat a couple times and a numerous amount of stops at rest areas to use the restroom and stretch. We pulled into the driveway of my aunts’ house and quietly snuck up to the door.
We made our way to the bank and both sat down to just take everything in and about that time my uncle drove up and brought us to the house. We were soaked in thick and muddy pond water, and my grand maw made us change before we got to relax. Once my mom got home and found out about everything she panicked. Of course, when my mom was finished freaking out she called and wanted to put what had happened in the paper. She asked me if I wanted to put it on the radio and I replied “I really don’t care if you do or don’t.
Prologue: I tossed and turned all night. Thunder boomed outside, and the wind roared against the trees. Then, I jolted upright at the sound of footsteps above me. "What was that?" I said to myself.
They were across the street the whole time. So while I was freaking out, they were ordering food thinking I 'm just walking around the restaurant. So I walk up to him and say, " Where were you guys?!".
The little girl was most likely still experiencing her initiative versus guilt phase. She wasn’t very interested in getting to know the new children. She didn’t really seem to play much with anyone, including her parents. She was more content to experience things in a one-on-one context. I think she was really interested in how the paper lantern could grow to be so large and spherical, but then almost immediately forced to be flat with no ill effect.
I got suscipe because this was the time of year my grandma and grandpa take always us on a trip somewhere. We finally got there after a long hour of thinking about what we could be doing. My mom and dad said to just leave the bags in the car for now. I left my stuff in the car and went inside my grandpa and grandma's house. When I got inside I told my mom and dad goodbye and they left.
