Well from all these evidence you was basically a under age teenager driving and with three other people that was intoxicated too. So with that you was in a accident and killed your 2 other friends and you boyfriend jay that had a full ride in school for football. Well you getting charged with DUI and the accident . That’s why you here right now trying to get out on what you doing. You better tell me all about that happened before prom till then end and know nobody will forget this day. Okay so that day me and jay took picture almost all day with our outfit on. Me and jay are done eating and all the so they bring up a party so we like yeah we down but it’s after prom because it is senior year but they said it have drug and alcohol so we nah we not really down with that and plus i 'm driving so that when they said just have a little bit so we agreed with them.So me and jay at prom dancing abnd everything but it was over quick so we got together and my car and left to go to the party.then as soon as we got there the handing drinks left to right , so jay see people taking picture with beer and so jay was like he not doing nothing because they taking photos and if my college see this they gone kick me out the school before i even finsh highschool. Me and Jay we walking around people trying to hand us drinks we saying no thanks, so we come to this group of people and all it is peer pressure and they like just drink it and me jay saying no after a while we just said forget it and took a shot then after that before we knew it we were drunk and jay took off his prom stuff and his tie around his head and i 'm seeing people throwing up and sick and sleep so i told Jay,Beck,Will to come on to leave so they coming and we about to leave. so we they like let 's go so we
