Per Reporter: “I would like a welfare check completed for my daughter Lucille. I contacted the police department and they ask that I call you for a welfare check. My ex-wife and I share joint custody of our daughter Lucille. I haven seen or heard form them in three weeks. My ex-wife Colleen took her out of preschool and placed her in a daycare for isolation from me. I’ve called Colleen several times, sent several text messages and drove past their home.
