Knowing my capability to reach a goal, drives me to change. I had announced at work one day I was going to start weight watchers. A coworker scoffed and said, you will never do it. His lack of faith, motivated a 30 pound weight loss. I decided to make the change and then acted on it. Knowing the outcome when the goal is achieved, is also a motivator.
