Hunting to me is something special. Not only are you putting food on the table but you are making some very good memories. One of the best memories I have is my very first hunt, it was my dad and I we were in the blind for maybe thirty mintues and a little six point buck walks and looks around then goes back into the tall grass then my dad rattles the antlers and he comes out and boom that was the end of it. It was an amazing expericence and every since then I have never stopped hunting.
“When nature calls you, answer.” Ever since I was very young, nature has always called
As the days begin to shorten and the weather starts to cool, Lane and Jackson and Lane’s dog have just one thing on their mind, their annual Pamlico sound duck hunting trip. With miles upon miles of premier duck hunting habitat, Pamlico is a landmark destination for every serious North carolina duck hunter. Unfortunately, this year’s hunting foray was one marred by a frightening, yet humorous conundrum that either duck hunter will have a hard time forgetting.
There is one thing in the woods that is really exciting and that is turkey hunting. Turkeys will get your heart racing and you blood rushing and have you shaking in just five seconds. When he comes up there strutting, spitting, and drumming, that’s when it gets real. When you hit that “yawt yawt” and he cuts you off gobbling that is when you know that he is just as good as dead. I am gonna tell plenty of turkey hunting experiences that i have had so i do not have to have a works cited page or nothing. The only works cited i need is my mind and memory. You can also tells a few lies when you are turkey hunting too. Just like fishing.
BOOM! The sound the hunter’s gun makes once he got the animal in his scope. I have hunted many animals in my life that require different aspects that lead to a successful hunt. Each of the animals need different tools and skills. Using your weapon and expertise from past experiences will greatly increase your odds of bagging that trophy animal.
To be a successful bowhunter the hunter himself has to put in a lot of work before going into the woods to attempted to kill an animal with a bow. Before even trying to go bow hunting there are a few necessary things that have to be obtained. There will need to be proper hunting land to be hunted. Then the hunter needs to practice shooting his bow to be efficient everytime he is in the deer stand, along with a few ethics to make sure the hunter is hunting for the right reason. Daisy is my three year old black lab that is new to duck hunting. All summer long we would go out in the heat to train for duck season. She’s a fairly intelligent dog that would do anything to please me, but some commands just do not click right away in a dog’s brain. Persistently day by day we would go out behind the house out in the big back yard I have and see how far we have came from the day prior. I had four weeks to transform an inside dog that has never even heard a gunshot into a lean mean duck retriever. This was not going to be an easy task.
Before heading out the door for your first hunt, these are a few tips for you to keep in mind. You might even want to take a safety course for hunters prior to heading into the woods. While you might have an experienced buddy with you, he might not remember what it was like to be a beginner, which could be a problem for you.

duck calls In 1972, Phil Robertson created his famous Duck Commander Call, and started his Duck Commander Company in 1973. His product and name have become increasingly famous since his son, Willie Robertson, turned the company from a family business into a multimillion-dollar empire. A duck call may be either the sound-imitation process by which a hunter lures waterfowl, or the actual tool which the person uses to do so. Early duck call tools were basic woodwind instruments, while later innovations are constructed of rubber and plastic, and allow the hunter to adjust the volume and tone of the calls with reeds. Today's duck calls usually fall into three main categories: a single, double, or triple reed call with many variations.
The Hunt It was a gloomy September day and the bear hunting season was about to begin. The old farm truck was loaded full with barrels of cooking grease, assorted candy, birdseed and tubes of sticky frosting. We were to hunt four hours north in a little town called Orr, Minnesota. My family had an 80 acre lot that we used strictly for hunting. My mom volunteered to sit in the stand with me and videotape the hunt.
Duck Calls Made By Hunters For Hunters Echo Duck Calls was created by Rick Dunn back in 1975. Rick started Duck Hunting at the age of twelve with his brother, Danny. Danny and Rick had some great hunts. It wasn’t until years later that Rick decided to try to make his own Duck Calls, back in 1975. Mr. Dunn 's first attempts were poor, to say the least, but he didn’t give up.

One of the best days of my life was when we went deer hunting in South Dakota with my dad, brother, uncle and two cousins, but before I tell you about my trip let me tell you how it started. We left early in the morning to head to South Dakota where my cousin Jacob, who had just got a job as Game warden in Custer State Park, was taking us deer hunting. We got as far as Fargo, North Dakota when my cousin Keith asked my dad where our license were. Then to our surprise we forgot them back at home. We were lucky enough to have my two aunts and mom bring us the license because they were going to Fargo that day anyways for a girls shopping day. They just had to leave a little earlier. So we just waited in a parking lot until they
