The sea was buzzing with its dormant strength, the wave was crawling gently to the shore and the dreaming sea was its own master. I could hear the sounds in my room. This was the beginning of another new day, everything was peaceful and tranquil. I have been waiting for this morning for so long that I couldn 't believe my eyesight when I saw the sharp shadows sneaking out through my metallic blinds, the shadow starts to fade, weaken by the dense sunshine. Following by a chorus of birds breaks the buzz of the traffic. I know it 's too early to be up, but I have waited for this day, the first day of summer, for so long.
As soon as I opened my metallic blinds, its brilliant rays shone not just brightly, but with warmth, When I stepped out

The water moved softly around my outstretched fingers, caressing cooly. Every movement distorted the pebbled sea-bed. Beneath the surface, it’s lovely, it’s like being in the different world. There were schools of brightly coloured fish and strange sea flowers that decorated the sand floor. In the breeze, my body is tingling, yet my back is warmed by the early summer sun. Here I could stay all day.
“Beep-beep-beep”
The high pitched screech echoed through the city, piercing the ears of millions including myself. Not shortly, the screams of people followed which brought me back to reality. My mind went blank, I remembered the sound of that alarm, I desperately hoped I was wrong. I realized I needed to run, as fast as I could. My dream had been shattered, what was supposed to be my perfect morning had faded away.
When I got to the safe ground, I squeezed through hundreds to get a view of the shore. I saw wave was curling towards the bodies with full of fear, destroying everything in its way and turning the once beautiful city into nothing but wreckage. People were screaming, buildings were collapsing and the wind was bracing. Everything was so loud that I couldn’t hear anything that 's around
The novel alas, Babylon includes many instances of imagery as the author, Pat Frank, wishes to bring the reader into the world he has created. For example, Frank’s description of the climax of the book sets the scene in the reader's mind with terrible accuracy, Then the sound came, a long, deep, powerful rumble increasing in crescendo until the windows rattled, cups danced in their saucers, and the bar glasses rubbed rims and tinkled in terror. The sound slowly ebbed, then boomed to a fiercer climax, closer.
Gentle sea breeze tickled my face as I watched wisps of white fluff drifted across a crystal clear blue sky. The rhythmic sound of the wave; the screeching of the sea birds was so familiar and hypnotic at the same time. However, my children’s pearls of laughter turned all the other sounds into background
In the background, another plane could be heard and seen hurling toward and finally in to the second building. Sirens blared throughout the city. Hundreds of firefighters and policemen ran through the buildings, trying to find a way to get on to the higher floors and get those people out. Many people rushed down the stairs, in to the lobby and out on to the streets. Firefighters attempted to help as many people escape as possible.
The mood of the people was extinguished in an unseen cloud of thick smoke. In a thousand strong men, there wasn’t a single smile or expression of hope. The only sound was their fleeing
As water rushed in with no warning and buildings were getting washed away and roads were getting destroyed. Almost all families were split up and washed to sea. When the weather finally died down people were shocked to see what the storm did to all these places. But the biggest question was why wasn’t there any
The sounds were amplified, the seals barks echoing through the crisp, morning air and the waves zealously slamming against the rocks. The great magnitude of water sweeping up, and slamming against the algae hooded earth. I felt water droplets
I awoke to sirens screaming throughout my city of East
The sun was scorching out heat as it was warming up the city. On the other side the ocean was all admirable dark blue. Waves were shattering surfers. But there was something special in the ocean.
It ripped up trees, destroyed cars, carried houses into the air… and Justin Sky was caught in the middle of it all. Justin tried to take cover, but everything was being destroyed. Him and his family searched frantically for shelter, and ran into a small building on the edge of town. They ducked into the room, looking for

The first day of middle school for me was both terrifying and exciting. I made a lot of new friends within the year. I remember the first day very well. I had woke up at 5;30 a.m. I was extremely tired.
Water drips out of the faucet in the corner. I open the a cabinet, but there are only more cobwebs. Anxious to get out of this place, I start to walk back to the door and exit, but stop dead in my track. My heartbeat increases as I intently listen to a hard pounding noise, that appear to be getting louder by the second. Bang, Bang, Bang.
I'm moving gently forward, over the wild and beautiful, unexplored world below me. I'm floating in silence, and breaking it up with the sound of my breath. Above me, there’s nothing but shimmery light, the place where I've come from, and will go back to when I am done here. I'm going deeper past the wrinkled rocks and dark seaweed, toward a deep blueness where a school of silver fish wait. As I swim through the water, bubbles burst from me, wobbling like little jellyfish as they rise.
My Summer Experience 2015 Swimming in the ocean, eating barbecue with my friends and family, sunbathing at the beach and having fun with my best friend, these are only three activities I did during my favorite season, summer. My summer adventure was based on going to Juan Dolio with my best friend; Laura. We did many fun activities, made memories and got to know each other a little better. Summer is plenty of advantageous qualities that can benefit someone by doing numerous activities. I've always preferred the summer season.
Birds were chirping; flowers swaying in the wind. Warm rays of light hit my face; I stirred awake rubbing the dust out of my eyes. We packed our stuff for the final event of this holiday at the theme park. Everything seemed fine. I got onto the rollercoaster with my family to have some extreme fun.
