Hershey Park
Ever take a picture with a Hershey Kiss? I sure did! I leaped into the car with my Dad to go to HERSHEY PARK! My heart was beating fast, and I couldn’t wait to arrive at Hershey Park for the first time.
Although it took an hour to arrive at Hershey, Pennsylvania, the long trip was worth it. From roller coasters to sights, I was amazed. There were plenty of rides to go on and sights to see; but first, I wanted to hop onto this ride where it would travel high up in this ball with windows to look at what Hershey, Pennsylvania had to offer. My favorite sight on the ride was seeing the Hershey Factory itself where the Hershey’s chocolate was made! I love Hershey’s chocolate, although my favorite is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. I even
Hi Yasna, It 's Samantha, the associate you interviewed Friday for sales lead. Sorry for the extremely late email, this is the first chance I 've gotten to write you. Today I went by Children 's Place at Eastridge, and spoke with Diana. You had asked me to see what I noticed that was different from Eastridge and Valley Fair, and the first thing that I noticed when I walked in was how much smaller the store is compared to Valley Fair. I also noticed how there is less traffic coming through at Eastridge then there is at Valley fair.
This quiet and quaint town known as Mt. Holly, NJ is where I grew up. Nestled in the outskirts of New Jersey’s capitol, is known for its small town charm and historic roots. Living here was the best years of my life. I grew up in a part of town that once housed the military families from Ft. Dix and McGuire Air Force Base, which is now known as Joint Base.
Growing up in South Carolina it was very adventurous. A warm night on October 03 2000 in West Palm Beach, FL Griz was born. I was born in JFK Hospital. But as soon as I born I moved to Dale, SC. All throughout elementary and middle school, I was called Dequan.
The Milton Machine “What had once been a luxury for the rich was to become an enjoyment that’s anyone could afford (The Hershey Company).” Milton Hershey was born in Derry Township, Pennsylvania. He was the only surviving child of Veronica "Fanny" Snavely and Henry Hershey. Hershey was apprenticed at age 15, and had been trailing his father who was out looking for the next big thing. Up until his mother taught him how to create caramel, and he wanted to perfect his recipe, to make it big one day.
Six Flags and the mine train. Near the middle or end of the summer my cousins and I were on facetime playing a game called ‘Growtopia’. We were talking and Ally told me that they were going to Six Flags on Sunday and that she and Abby could each bring a friend.
Noting these failures, Milton started his next adventure with Lancaster Caramel. This company proved to be successful, and by 1890 he had over 700 employees working for him in three plants. His journey did not end here. In 1893, Hershey visited the World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago, and it was here that he first discovered the idea of making chocolate. With this new idea in his mind, Hershey goes on to create one of the largest chocolate companies in the world.
Six flags great america (1) When I walked into Six Flags I could hear the music from the carousel playing, and smell the popcorn, and nachos. The people there with us we 're Kara, Kathy, Lisa Jorgensen, Natalie Digllier, Copper, Payton Makena and their mom. Some of them asked me if I wanted to go on the ride called the Raging bull
Meet my Jazz band. This is a picture of us in New Orleans my junior year during spring break to play Jazz. I decided upon this picture because this band has had such a profound impact on how I frame my future. My connection with music through the piano has been fostered ever since I could reach those shiny black and white collection of keys. Starting at the age of four, playing the classical music of Mozart and Bach was what my musical background was founded upon, with tangible medals and accomplishments as achievements.
Come here please!” “Coming!” we all shouted. “Would you guys like to go to Hershey park or Cedar Point?” “Cedar point!”
“So...what do you want to ride?”, Patrick asked with a grin. “Whatever you want to ride that’s reasonable.” , I replied swiftly. He looked around and was considering what I had said. “Maybe?...”, he was thinking aloud and then his voice trailed off and ended with a dissatisfied hum.
My Theme Song Songs can connect with how we feel and our experiences. Music has been a major part of my life ever since I was just a toddler. For me music has helped me express what I am feeling and who I am as a person. My therapy has been music, it has helped me through almost every problem I have faced. With listening to the song lyrics, we can get a true understanding of what the artist is trying to tell us.
“Brrrring!” rang the alarm. I woke up, turned the alarm off, and buried myself under the covers. They were as soft as a kitten’s fur, and as warm as the air from a heater. After a long hug from my blanket, I finally got hot and went to use the bathroom.
It was a Friday night. We were thrilled to be out of school, it had been a long week. I was on a short leash with my teachers since me and my pals Barry and John brought stink bombs to school and stunk up the whole cafeteria. At least twenty kids had to go home sick. Needless to say, it was the prank of the year.
“All dreams can come true if you have the courage to pursue them.”-Walt Disney My trip to Disney World was really enjoyable, one for the record books. We drove to Florida and spent 5 days there. When we arrived in Orlando, we went to our condo, at World Quest Resorts.
Do you ever experience daily pressures that don’t seem to go away such as stress, anxiety, or even just nervousness from your job, school, or just life in general? If so you’re not alone it was recorded in 2011 that 22.7% of Canadians 15 and older reported that most days where “quit a bit or even extremely stressful” from daily life activates (Statcan.gc.ca, 2013). I would fit that category most days myself being a university student and a Part time worker with due dates and what seems like never ending bills. I like to use visual escape to relieve my day to day pressures, by visiting many areas in Nanaimo that make me feel more relaxed and ready for the next day. Areas such as Sugar Loaf Mountain, Pipers Lagoon, and Swy-a-lana lagoon offer
