Hunting
One day at 5:30 I went hunting. I got my bow, jacket, and my mask. I put on my boots and went out to my blind. It was a ¼ of a mile walk. I saw a flock of birds fly over me.
I got in my blind and ZZZZZZ! As I unzipped my windows in my blind. I got an arrow in my bow and did a practice run to make sure that I would make any noise when I got up to shoot the deer. I saw a couple of cardinals fly about two feet from me.
I saw a bunch of cardinals all over the place one almost went in my bind. I saw a little bunting buck walk by but it was not shooter. I saw a nice shooter buck a seven pointer with a split G2. I saw a little fawn and a small doe.
I was thinking about what my friend told me about how you take deer poop and corn or deer
It was a sunny afternoon we are at the farm in Hillman. I was waiting to go whitetail deer hunting. My dad was talking to his friend Buzz for a very long. Finally my dad was done talking and we started walking out to the edge of a barley field. I was using my dad 's 270.
I was riding my horse on our Ranch It was a beautiful day Birds were chirping Cows were mooing and the Nice cool breeze was blowing and everything was fine and My Dad and I were going to check the cows and check their waters and on the way I was riding and a Cotton Tail rabbit ran out of a bush and my horse got spooked and he started bucking and he bucked me off and I got right back on and started riding again. And when I got to where the cows were we have 50 and I only counted 45 and so I knew some were missing so I was Approaching the creek to see if they were down in the creek to see if they were down there and when I got down there I heard them bawling and so I rode up out of the creek and went to a different one we call Sourdough Creek
I woke up early in the morning the only thing on my mind was to get a turkey. I walked out to my blind in pitch black dark, I had no idea what was around, but I knew where I was going. I made it to my blind while it was still pitch black out. As I sat there i listened to the various sounds around me, and through the slit slit in the corner of the blind that my gun was pointed through i watched as the sky turned from dark to light. I sat there, continuously calling, listening and watching for any type of
When I started coon hunting I was the age of 14 the person that got me in to coon hunting was my dad. The reason why I stared going is because I see him going a lot by himself and I felt that must be pretty alone out there in the dark by yourself. After a year under my belt of just plenty hunting and getting know my dog voice and learning the rules of competition coon hunting My dad ask me if I would like to get in competition coon hunting the first thing that came to mind was heck yes! The next day we was packing are bags and was heading to Kentucky for competition coon hunt it was a 3 hour drive there and when we got there was all sorts of people there just for a coon hunt.
It was late in the afternoon and I knew I had to get home soon before it gets dark but I was nowhere near getting home yet. That's when I encounter two black African male walking toward me in the far distances. I then look around and notice I was alone with two tall African male walking in my direction.
All of the stress I have had on me the past month has been weighing me down. Now when I go hunting think of where I should shoot it for a clean kill. I think what the deer brings me, like the meet, the hide, and the warmth from the hide . I praise the lord now for what he has given me. I have to fill two more tags by the end of second season of deer hunting.
My dad set some corn out to lurer the deer in with. Then we went to go sit down against a tree. The tree was tall and dark brown. We got all settled down and ready to wait for a deer to come.
This was very unbelievable at that time. I really wish that I would have had my phone so I could have taken a picture. Amazing things always happen when you don 't have a phone to take a picture. It was just me and caleb that experienced this unbelievable act of nature.
We went all the way to Louisiana and got on a boat and went around the swamp looking at dirty messed up lake side homes, and looking for some alligators. We saw a lot of birds, and when we got to the turn around spot the guy who was driving the boat whistled and a bunch of wild boars came out and started begging for food. Well we didn't have any so we felt really bad, just as we were about to sit down the guy handed us some marshmallows to feed to them, we did and they tried jumping up on the boat and eating more, it was so cute. Once we were heading back some guy on the boat had noticed something on a log up ahead, well there it was an alligator, sunbathing on log to keep warm. Obviously New Orleans is a really nice place to go, yet also very
It is also important to respect the views of other members of the community when transporting trophies and other parts of harvested deer. Never display a deer on the way home. Wherever possible, cover the carcass and head with a blanket or tarpaulin. Respect the habitat Quality habitat is the key to a healthy population of game and other wildlife. When camping, make sure you set up at least 20 meters away from rivers or waterbodies and wherever possible, bring your own firewood from home.
My dad and I went on a muzzleloader antelope hunting trip, in Central Oregon. Four days into our trip, on September 1st, we started our morning off like the past three days, very tired. We stumbled out of our beds and, drowsily, we geared up and left for another unknowing day of hunting. Once we arrived at some alfalfa fields, my dad let me drive the dirt roads.
The Hunt It was a gloomy September day and the bear hunting season was about to begin. The old farm truck was loaded full with barrels of cooking grease, assorted candy, birdseed and tubes of sticky frosting. We were to hunt four hours north in a little town called Orr, Minnesota. My family had an 80 acre lot that we used strictly for hunting. My mom volunteered to sit in the stand with me and videotape the hunt.
A Montana Fishing Trip As we walked down to the river, the birds were making a whistling noise, and it was quite annoying because the birds were so loud Will and I could barely hear each other. When we were walking down to the river on a rock that was on the path was a famous quote from Muhammad Ali and it was about the river and it said “Rivers, Ponds, Lakes, and Streams - they all have different names, but they all contain water. Just as religions do - they all contain truths.”
The first day if hunting we went into the Black Hills and did a lot if walking to find some deer. When we finally found some my brother was the first to shoot, since he picked the bigger straw out of three, which was how we decided who gets to shoot first, he missed. So I was next up and when we saw another deer it was really far away and it took my seven shits before I killed it. It wasn't even worth trying to kill it because it was just a fawn and I wasted seven shots killing it and that was the end of day one.
I was standing on top of a cliff that faced a forest that seemed to go on for miles. The soles of my feet made contact with the coarse rocky ground, whose bumps tried to penetrate my skin. Above me was a twilight sky that was pinkish-purple in colour. You could see the many twinkling stars hanging from the sky. From below me I could hear the singing of cicadas and the chirping of bird, which blended together to form an orchaestra.
