Boxer seems to be a an unofficial leader figure in the eyes of all of the animals, from gaining vast amounts of respect before and during the rebellion. He is the hardest worker on the farm, and stays loyal to whomever is in power throughout the entire story. Such qualities can be seen just after the first time animals slaughtered other animals on Animal Farm. “‘I do not understand it. I would not have believed that such things could happen on our farm.
When Roosevelt became president in 1901, he changed the world rapidly in many ways. Through his personality and determination, he had an extremely popular relationship with the people, and wanted to make the society more fair and equal between them. He generally believed that the government had the responsibility to take care of businesses in order for things to not negatively affect the people, showing how he wanted to help the country and the people in it. Roosevelt has always seemed like he was prepared for everything in office with his incredible leadership skills and his energy, even though the first time he became president was because another president had been killed.
Andrew Jackson: A Monster Some may think that Andrew Jackson was a hero, but his horrific actions during his time as president, prove otherwise. While he was president, he did many things that made a negative impact to our country. Nobody should forget these things, for they are what make him a monster. Those things include, The Trail of Tears, the fact that he enjoyed violence, and that he was a murderer.
The satire present here is that the altering of the ten commandments effectively portray how the absurd the concept is. There is no way that animals could become, “more equal” than others. In the beginning of the novel, Old Major expressed that the animals shall overcome their oppressors, but the pigs become the oppressors. Through their chants and the ten commandments, the citizens are brainwashed to believe that everything is just and fair because when the commandments and chants were first written or said, everyone was in agreement, and believed it was fair. The pigs start to alter the propaganda, and the animals still believe that it is fair, when in reality it is not.

Patrick Vieira was one of the best governors in the whole world. He was a good person that he decided to make U.S better and there were others that helped him. Their names were Lulu, she was a woman that helped many people with their problems that they have in their society of wealthiness , and the last person is Leo Hans, who helped many presidents with their rules so he create a new rule for them.
Napoleon ruled animal farm harshly and overworked the animals. Orwell described, “This work was strictly voluntary, but any animal who absented himself from it would have his rations reduced by half” (Orwell 59). The animal’s are given a choice in the sense that if they wanted to, they could have Sundays off. However, the brutal consequences the animals would face if they did not work forced the animals to listen to the pigs.

Tom behavior effects everyone around him as a result if his selfish behavior two people die. Myrtle is murdered by his wife Daisy and Gatsby is murdered by George Myrtles husband. Fitzgeralds describes Tom as a big, powerful man: " Not even the effeminate swank of his riding clothes could hide the enormous power of that body-He seemed to fill those glistening boots until he strained the top
Simon was killed by the cruelty exhibited within Roger and all of the other boys on the island. Roger even became a killer on the island when he murdered Piggy. Lots of horrible things happened while they were stranded. Whether it was because they were forced to be in each other’s company, or because there weren’t any adults to enforce the law, the situations that unfolded could easily have been prevented if everyone behaved like simon. Unfortunately, everyone is unique.
Later in the book we see how this really affected Johnny because he ended up killing bob, the soc who tried jumping him and ponyboy. If the socs never tried jumping then neither Bob nor Johnny would be dead. I will apply this to my life by always trying to find a better solution. We now know from reading this book that fighting may solve problems but it will create bigger ones. I won’t result to violence no matter how hard it
JFK’s opponent, Richard Nixon, appeared sickly, callous, and altogether unexciting, while Kennedy appeared confident, youthful, and healthy. This really captivated viewers across the country. When the time came, JFK chose Lyndon B. Johnson, also known as LBJ, to be his vice president. He chose LBJ mainly because he knew that if he had him on his team, then he would definitely win Texas and more southern states. JFK knew that if he won Texas, then he would more than likely win the presidential election.
As slavery became free in the north this soon disrupted the founding fathers beliefs of what slavery should be and this dismantled the nations stability to the core. Slaves were always beaten for any punishment to keep them in line. The founding fathers like this due to they can control the slaves out of fear. By corporal punishment spreading across America to the whites it was also the biggest thing slaves had that they were valuable to a point more Valuable than some white people which the founding fathers hated. They hated this because According to Russell he names several slaves that had killed their masters for over beating them and the resistant slaves a lot of the time was allowed to live sometime they weren’t even beaten (Pg.61-62).
Squealer Squealer was one of the main reasons that the farm failed because he was the one always telling everyone lies about what was happening on the farm. He was basically one of Napoleon 's servants because he did whatever Napoleon would tell him to do. Most of the animals were very unintelligent so they would believe everything Squealer would say to them. Squealer was partially responsible for the failure of the farm because he told the animals that Mr. Jones would come back, he would “help the animals remember” something they forgot, and told the animals the pigs were working when they were not. Squealer would tell the animals that Mr. Jones would come back if the animals started getting skeptical about something.
Can one be viewed as both a hero and a tyrant? In the case of Napoleon Bonaparte, it is difficult to differentiate between a savior of the values of the French Revolution and another absolute ruler of the French people. The Revolution strove to embody enlightenment ideals by establishing representative forms of government and giving the people equal fundamental rights. As the Revolution became radical, corrupt, and chaotic, the people of France turned to Napoleon as a potential leader. His actions as ruler of France preserved several of the enlightenment ideals that sparked and developed from the Revolution.
