CC Mr. Fagundo is a 52-year-old male here today complaining of poison ivy. HPI The patient tells me he was cutting his hedges on Tuesday, August 25th. He did not realize there was poison ivy in the hedging that he was working on. The following day, he noticed that his left arm was itchy and when he pulled up his sleeve, he saw a couple of red spots. He says that over the weekend, it seemed to get significantly worse.
They have no programs or had upgrades to the facility since it was first opened. They have a vinyl/silk screen industry plus a janitorial industry for its prisoners. After visiting several other prisons so far, as of right now it is kind of hard to expect what to see, because things could be the same like the other prisons we have encountered at , but
I asked my Grandmother, when you finally went for your scan and the results came out positive what was your first reaction? She answered in tears and said i immediately fell to the ground in shock, “I suffered through the treatment and ended up in breast conserving surgery were i got my left side breast removed, over a 2 months of healing after being in hospital for 1 week after my surgery, after a couple of months after my surgery i went for my weekly check up and the Doctor then informed me that i had to get a mastectomy done on my right breast because the cancer cells had spread too and also a bit just by armpit , i am now 77 and finally recovered from the removal of both my breast and now i am proud to say i am Cancer free but in saying that i will never again hesitate getting a check up to insure I’m well. Because my grandmother was a victim to this disease me and my 5 sisters have a great chance of also getting breast cancer. My grandmother asked me to research some of the symptoms that could possible indicate that i may have breast
Cancer did that to my aunt, mom, and now him. The doctors xrayed my left arm and I broke my radius and ulna. I was treated and I had an appointment on friday to get a full arm cast. I went home and went to bed. I woke up the next morning and it was 9:30.

Burke said he and Duke usually went together four or five times a day. For Mr. Burke, it was the second tragedy in just a few days: On Saturday, his wife, Eileen, died at home from pancreatic cancer after being sick for three years. It was Eileen, he said, who had taken a particular liking to Duke at the pound. “She fell in love with him at first sight,” Mr. Burke said. For several hours, the dog’s death was a mystery.
“It says here that he suffered from a tumor called a Glioblastoma Multiforme, an extremely aggressive form of malignant brain cancer. It had been in remission since the fall of 2006 and it suddenly returned just last month. The wake was held at the AMIGONE funeral home on Sumner Road yesterday and Saturday, and the funeral will be held today.” “That’s terrible.” I said as I pulled pancakes off the stove top, and then followed that up with, “You should really stop reading the paper all the time. It’s only full of bad news that seems to upset you.” But what I really wanted to say to her was—You should really stop reading the paper. Because every time you do, I find out that someone else in this village has died, and then the next thing I know another weird stray shows up, which kind of backs up Katelyn’s there’s an evil witch collecting everyone’s souls theory, and that’s really creeping me
Wilkerson writes about George, she says, “George had an enlarged heart and had already suffered two heart attacks” (2010, pg 448). Ida Mae was away when George passed, Wilkerson writes in Ida Mae’s memory, Ida Mae remembers, “The doctors said he’s never pull out of another one” (2010, pg 449). Ida Mae referring to a heart attack, she did not know leaving that weekend it would be the last time she saw her husband. With the loss of George, Ida Mae had to find her new role in her family and the new responsibilities she would take on. Unlike Robert, Ida Mae was able to hold herself together, but the loss did take a toll on her.
He was flown to Portland and had a major surgery done there. He woke up seven days later and the doctor asked him if he knew where he was. He replied with “ I am in the Bank Of America”. The doctor shocked at his response, brought him back to full consciousnesses and told him what had happened. Jeff should have died the day of his stroke, but he did not and we are all thankful for him.
I mentioned in the above paragraph that my father no longer experienced pain his back after the operation. However, a new setback came up; since he was in pain for months and not being able to walk upright this caused the nerves in his left leg to become damaged. I have been serving as a part time caregiver along with my mother and a professional caregiver. After my father was released from his final rehabilitation facility it has been an ongoing excruciating experience having him home. My shift for taking care of my father starts right after my mother goes to bed which is around 11:30pm.
