My family and I would come together on hot Summer Days we would all get together and Bar-B-QUE. We put chicken, ribs, steak, hot dogs, and link on the grill. All the side dishes we cook on the stove and in the oven. In the same manner or way, my Mexican friends have huge Bar-B-Ques, their get-together and put carne asada ( beef ), pollo ( chicken ), sausage links on the grill. They cook large amounts of side dishes.
