Ever since I was about 8 or 9 years old I always knew I wanted to be something in the healthcare field. I knew that I was interested and fascinated by the human body and wanted to learn more. I was always exposed to the healthcare field because my grandmother was CNA and my great grandmother was a registered nurse. So growing up around them I learned a lot of medical things.
To start off, I'd like to work as a assistant for Bombardier, an aeronautic company. With this job, I'd have a ride to get to the office and to get back home since my dad works there. I'd also be almost assured to get the job since they prioritize employee's children. Thereafter, my short term objective is to continue with my good grades next year since it will count for my choice of cegep as well as for my career later on.

I 'm Kylie Hattery and I want really like to attend your school, Howard Health & Life Sciences High School. I want to go here because I have an interest in being a nurse or a crime laboratory analyst. This school will allow me to be surrounded by like-minded, determined peers with similar goals. I hope to acquire the skills to set me on the right path for college and achieve my future goals.
Parker, these photos are very striking and I love the contrast of the two. From these photos I can see a religious theme developing and I think religion in the city or even mythology within the city would be cool to explore. I really appreciate the first photo and appeals to me aesthically, I 'm typically drawn to dark and suspenseful images and you definitely captured those aspects in this photo. The chapel at Drake is an “eerie” place and the lighting and composition of this photo really capture this. The stark brightness of the illumined table contrast with the dark background which forces my eyes to look at what’s going on.
Hello, beautiful people! Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of Confessions of an Inspirationalist! I couldn 't be more grateful for all of my dreamcatchers as well as those who have been supporting me from the beginning. This journey has given me an open doorway to inspire people I 've never even met from all over the world- that 's something I 've only dreamed of doing.
I am attending Colorado Christian University to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I started my medical career as a Combat Medic in the US Army. Since then I have become a Registered Medical Assistant and a Registered Phlebotomy Technician. I now work in a dialysis clinic and soon will be a Certified Dialysis Technician too. I decided to become a nurse because I feel I am capable of achiving it.
When I drove home from school, I stopped at a gas station. I wanted to put a full tank in my car. However, as I looked at the gas price, I realized I could not afford it. I panicked. I knew there was a shortage of gas this week, and the gas prices had increased.
In Sophocles’ Philoctetes, shame is evident throughout the first half of the play. Soon after Odysseus starts his conversation with Neoptolemus, the latter starts to feel shameful for what he is about to enter: Neoptolemus refuses to maneuver and “deceive” (55) Philoctetes “with beguiling words”, for which he believes is not in his “nature to practice” (88). Odysseus, on the other hand, while convincing Neoptolemus to deceive Philoctetes to court the latter, expresses shame too. Yet, he explains that the stakes are too high that although it’s not in Neoptolemus’ nature to “consider or articulate such cunning”, the end results would bring joy. Unwillingly, Neoptolemus accepts the duty and encounters an embarrassed Philoctetes.
During adolescent years, the average child fantasizes over what career they’ll occupy for the rest of their working lives. Whether it be a fireman, lawyer, doctor, possibly the next president of the United States. This envisioning almost never ends how that young child thought it would, reality comes into play. The aspects such as: money, supply and demand and education all narrow the possible choice careers for that maturing child. It no longer becomes about what they want to do, but about what is necessary of them.
