The point of this article is basically being there for them, teach them how to be independence, have someone to be in their life that we care about them. When the kids have trouble of reading, spelling, studying, we tutorial them and give them practice skills to work on their weakness to work on. We teach them how to control their emotions. When you have a friendly relationship is to always let them know that you care about them and show them develop trust to them, have that special bond with them. It is important to teach students about the classroom rules, schools rules, daily routines, learn to practice new skills in the classroom and out of the classroom, and now their school schedule and outside of school schedule.

Yes, lesson delivery and classroom engagement is important for students to succeed in the classroom, however, the formation of relationships with students and their families is of utmost importance. After the establishment of a sense of classroom community, “everything else begins to fall in place.” Children are engaged, they want to learn, they begin to self monitor and that’s what is most powerful. As I continue to develop my philosophies of teaching, specifically, classroom management I will bring along with me this experience and take into account Mr. Decker’s experiences and suggestions. I have gained patience when working with children and I believe it is a skill that is required in order for children to exceed their needs and to help a child during transitions to reach their full potential. Timing is key and with support the children will be able to emotionally adapt to attending school but also embrace new surroundings. Encouragement while children are taking part in activities in school allows children to gain self-esteem and confidence as they are being motivated which can give them a sense of achievement. Being a role model to the children is a personal skill as it gives me pride knowing the children are inspired by me and that they can learn from me by using their own initiative, being helpful to others and allowing the children to give suggestions on what they would like to do can keep them
Taking learner feedback helps teachers to identify individual or group needs of learning. It helps the teacher to apprehend the prior knowledge of the learners and accordingly she determines the next steps. It informs parents and children about the targets and next steps for further progress. Assessment information helps school leaders to plan professional development needs of the teachers to support them. It also helps Board members to decide and plan the resources needed for making further progress.

Introduction In early childhood education, it is important for teachers to always consider and understand children and the families’ needs. Early childhood teachers cannot only work with their colleagues to face children and the families’ needs but also need to work with multi-disciplinary to collaborate the ideas with each other and discuss the best outcome for the children and the families in early childhood education setting together. So, the more explanation about the multi-disciplinary team is that teachers with different professionals such as psychologists, child social worker, police, adult social worker, health visitor or court working together to provide different services and support for children and the families’ needs. They are diverse professional groups who work together in order to collaborate, reflect, access and support children’s development, health and learning and also families' needs. Early childhood professionals are from diverse professional backgrounds.
Character and personality As a beginning teacher, I believe in building relationships with the students, parents, and community. I think that volunteering and being involved in the community is a very important role as a teacher. It demonstrates that you care about your students life, seeing them and engaging with them outside of the school atmosphere. They prepare lessons for a range of abilities within the classroom and also meet with parents to keep them up to date with how they the children are progressing with their education and behaviour. The teaching assistants role is to work closely with the class teacher and help any pupils that need additional support. They will carry out any specific duties that are outlined in the pupil 's Individual Learning Plan (IEP) and provide feedback about pupil 's difficulties or progress to the class teacher. The roles of other support staff such as cleaners, dinner staff, caretakers, administrative staff are integral to the daily running of the school. Each role ensures the school runs smoothly and safely for the pupils attending.
Teaching assistants work in a variety of situations. Sometimes they work with the whole class, sometimes they work with individuals or groups of children. It is important that whichever role we take on we are fair to other children balancing the support needs of the individual with that of the rest of the group. I think this study is so important for teachers to be aware about, knowing about it and keeping it in mind while planning the materials for the class will include all students in the lessons. Also I think being aware of those students who need that help and this study can make it easier for the teacher to conduct lesson and present materials for the ELL students. As the teacher I worked with, she had a few ELL students right in her classroom, she had to work around them, but of course not exclude them from the lessons and activities. She had extras, she had extra materials for these students, she is aware of their learning levels, she is aware of their learning capacity, she is aware of how they learn.
