In the Dominican Republic, we had a wall called El Cuadro de Honor, the wall of honor. From first grade to fourth grade, my photograph and name was always on it. I loved being a student. The Tough Mudder is very impressive for me by its motivations of all participants. Unlike the relax atmosphere at Noosa Jazz Festival, the day I attendant in Tough Mudder was a very busy Sunday with over five thousands of attendees in that day. My first job was cheering people up in the first obstacle, Kiss of the Mud, and it is really interesting experience to me. In most of the event, the volunteers are the boundary spanners of the event organization. So that before I did my job, the volunteer manager told us we should do whatever things we could to cheer people up by encourage them and make some noise. Though our passionate encouraging, people seemed more enthusiastic about competing in the challenges and expecting about the further obstacles.

The truth of the matter is that all foods are health foods. The variety of foods that are available has their purpose and uses. The food that grows in one region is a balanced food for that region and is not superior to those that grow in another which is also the food that is very appropriate for that region. Everything is where it should be. No amount of hype and sales pitch could change that, and no matter the try, people will remain healthy if people eat in variety and in correct proportions without gorging.
