Chinese people believe in drinking soup before eating for good digestion. I enjoy the smooth feeling of warm broth down my throat which improved my appetite, similarly like drinking cold lemonade on a hot day. As the bones continue to cook, my mother would add ingredients into the pot like pig blood and chicken hearts for more health benefits such as improving blood flow. I eat the brain of fish because my mother told me it would make me smarter. I eat the eyes of fish because my mother told me it would improve my eyesight.
There are many reasons why Los Corrales is my favorite spot to dine in on a Sunday night. I never knew about this place until my dad came home one and night and explained to us he had ordered a quesadilla and he couldn’t believe his eyes. My mouth got watery as he explained the quesadilla was as long as twelve inches and filled with beef and melted Chihuahua cheese on the inside and how the cheese was starting to come out the edges of the corn tortilla and, with some hot sauce it couldn’t get any better. Los Corrales has a selection from the sea, American and, Mexican food. When I step foot into this restaurant I feel at home not only because of their very fine made Mexican style of cooking but, because all of the employees are extremely friendly and, glad to help their customers.

In November of that year, the motel bunrt to the ground. Sanders then rebuilt the motel with a large resturaunt. Sanders realized how much he loved cooking and finalized his secret recipe for fried chicken. He used a pressure fryer instead of a frying pan to fry the chicken which was a much faster way to serve all of his customers. He then ran many cafeterias for the government, and soon became the manager of many cafeterias.
The “Nobles, gentlemen and merchants sat down to dinner between eleven o’clock and noon, and supped about six in the evening” (Picard 159). Nobles were placed in the upper class which meant they were able to eat luxurious foods like herring, salmon, eel, whiting, cod, trout, and pike. Those are the different kinds of freshwater ocean fish that people ate. The nobles, gentlemen, and the merchants dine around the same time as the upper class did. Some of the desserts they ate were cream and custards, tarts cakes, and pastries.
Recalling that the first Chipotle was opening in 1993, Denver Co. Steve Ells did thought that Chipotle may become that popular. And in 1995 he decides opens a second store, and then a third store. We all gathered and sat around the dinner table. The hot soup sat in the middle of the table steaming hot with its distinct scent that I get to smell every year. While pouring me a bowl of soup my dad reminded me why on New Year’s Day we eat Soup Joumou. “Remember,” he said, “Haiti became a free country on January 1st, 1804, before that, while blacks and slaves worked hard over a hot stove to prepare Soup Joumou for their masters, they were not allowed to drink this soup in Haiti. It was a delicacy, it was reserved for the privileged French slave masters.
There was probably fifty people in the small building. I seat this guy and his brother and take their drink orders, and go get their drinks. I come back with their drinks, and when I sat the drink in front of the guys brother I spilt a tiny bit of his dr pepper on the table. I then took their food order. I later then brought them their food which was butterfly shrimp and a burger.
However, I was taken by surprise when the Bugeye, pass leisurely by. A ketch rigged sailboat constructed in the late 1800s for the oyster industry in the Chesapeake Bay.
