Personal Narrative: The Boston Celtics

When my favorite basketball team, the Boston Celtics, played in their season opening game on October 17th, I would not have dreamt that I would be leaving the room in tears after having flashbacks of the biggest setback in my lifetime. Celtics player Gordon Hayward suffered a serious leg injury early in the game. While many people were disappointed that one of the Celtics’ best players was injured, I sympathized for Gordon because I truly understood what he was going through.
