I am a first year student In the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. I just started my first semester in this winter 2016. Currently, I am taking the four following courses in Commerce: Business Communications, Collaborative leadership, Macroeconomic, and Management of the Enterprises. I am writing this letter in order to assess myself in switching from Commerce major in marketing into Information Technology major of Networking & IT Security to start in the summer. As I know, three of these courses are required in Information Technology program, which make it easier for me to take INFR courses directly. I believe that now my decision making to exchange my major is the right time as likely I am not going to loss credits or even time from my academic years.
There are several reasons for why I need to change my major within the same

Possibly, my previous skills and knowledge will defiantly help me to explore more in the program and further. During high school, I went to abundant workshops and projects that focused on using basic technological tools, designing apps, and creating our own web site. That learning experiences added to my background, education and gave me the encouragement to study Information Technology since we are in the Information Age or Digital Age. I have plenty of goals that I want to achieve during my academic years of studying the Bachelor of Information Technology. Through researching on the Internet, I found that this program, training students of computer systems and applications, which will give myself the expertise that I need in developing my abilities to solve networking problems and improve technology and services. My main goal is to deploy wireless network in places that do not have an easy access to a
My biggest challenge was trying pick out classes especially when you don’t know you’re major. Not knowing my major is little tedious because right now I’m still exploring what interest me the most and sometime it can be little confusing at times. How will attack this situation by starting off taking a mixture of classes that contain Computer Science and Business because those major that got in mind, so this will get me a better what interest me the most. By going through the process of making a rough draft of my 4 year plan reveal that will numerous of class that will eventually reach my goal becoming a Computer Science major a Business major. What surprise me how much change my major from Business to Computer Science because all through high I told myself that major in Business and that was it.
After reviewing the course catalog and seeing the types of classes offered, I believe this program will prepare me to reach my goals. I also have a lot to offer the program including coming from a diverse background, my personal experience, and my work
My plan is to attend a four year university full time at University of Washington Bothell and major in computer science field because I am passionate about working with technology, and I want to understand how we can continue to draw knowledge from it. In addition, I plan to attend graduate school while working in the computer science field after I finished with my undergraduate school. I want to be able to give back to the society for all the resources it provided me to reach this point in my education and continue working toward fulfilling my life goals. The Intro to Computer Science class at Roosevelt is helping me understand what it takes to be a computer science major student. One thing I learned from the class is that success comes from patience and effort.
What interests you about your selected program of study? Computer science has always been the aspect of study that has grabbed my attention from a young age. CS always created a sense of awe in me because of the fact that individual people, with a firm understanding of CS, could completely manipulate technology into whatever creation they wanted. In the same way an artist can paint on a canvas, computer scientist can create through code and each program carries a sense of the programmer with it. The more you learn about CS the more uses it gains, making it a tool that builds upon itself.
At the age of ten being raised by minority parents was very difficult for me at the time. At the age of ten I was forced for my English and Spanish vocabulary to be very proficient due to always translating for my parents. At that age learning both languages was annoying, frustrating, and difficult; however that experience shaped me to be a proficient bilingual nurse present and gain benefits by being bilingual. The benefits where the many open job opportunities with the increase pay. This experience also assisted to raise my daughter to speak and write both languages actively although just not the way my parents forced it on me.
I’ve always been interested in different technologies and how they work. This interest started in High School as I enrolled in the I.T. Magnet program freshman year. As I took different IT classes in high school I learned many subjects that really caught my attention. From networking classes that showed me how computers interact with each other to programming classes that showed me how complex programs are made. I began to see myself working in this field in the future.
Hence, I want to learn even more and hopefully, I will work in the IT industry as a
The future is impossible to predict, but ways exist to promote traveling towards the desired destination. My own future may not have a guaranteed road to success but I have a plan and goals which together will be the North Star guiding me to achieving my dreams. My desired and planned occupation is to become a pharmacist because I want to help people ensure they do not find themselves hurt by the treasure of medicine and instead can be healed and strengthened by its use. Pharmacy is a field in which I will be able to use math and science to aid in promoting well-being in others' lives.
My most respected council see that you have requested my presence to justify my behavior as a member of the Christian community. I trust that I have not sinned, and come short to the glory of god and that I have also kept the holy spirits commandments and have also helped to spread the word of our holy father. I have come to believe that there were many factors that convinced me that Jesus was the messiah. The evidence that helped to convince thousands of Jews including me that Jesus was the messiah was that he prepared his apostles for world-wide witness by proving to his people that he is alive and that his resurrection vindicated his claim to be the messiah. He also gave his apostles the vision and strategies to help accomplish his purpose
Further, I learnt the benefits of pursuing it and the job market that is readily available. They also helped me identify the major problem I had that is, lack of understanding the course. I ended up setting goals which I am determined to achieve by implementing the right strategies and mechanisms. I have the drive to understand and make sense of the world and this is the motivating force behind my learning the course. For this reason, I am seeking readmission to the university because I have purposed to be part of their tech teach program since one of my goals is to have a classroom of my own within a year.
Growing up in the Northwoods, has given me a mindset much bigger than the woods around us. The small town of Rhinelander is always a place that I can call home, and somewhere that I recognize like the back of my hand. Living in such a small town has opened my eyes to just how much each and every business, and person has kept this town a place I call home. If I cannot change the entire world, I want to change the world around me and hopefully influence others with the simple message.
Throughout the quarter I have learned many things that will help me become a better teacher, and that will help me guide children. Children joyful, they make everything so happy, they are always so positive, and contagious. I have learned ways to nurture children, and how to develop relationships with them, which helps work towards the main goal; bettering the child and educating them. There is an abundance of ways that I can work toward being the best teacher I can be, and making sure the child, my priority is getting the right education they need. It is very important to be on the child’s side, to have a relationship with the parents, encourage the children, listen to them, and many other things that makes a child’s education successful.
After two heart surgeries and trips to the Mayo, I chose to return back to school, fall 2014, while on approved leave; as today’s options permit for online studies. This allows for study during good time/days, and focus to my health on the bad one. By maximizing this time efficiently and effectively, it also allows me to become a more valuable employee with Delta, upon my return. I chose a Business major, Management emphasis, GPA 4.00, coming from years of business experience hands-on (10-years direct sales and training, 10-years managing construction business, and 7-years at Delta); my interests have always been in the direction of engaging with people, the fundamentals of business, and believe I excel here. My career objectives
I remember being a zealous 3rd grader with a quest for learning, excited about attempting pre-algebra problems in my older brother’s math textbook. I ruminate over how thrilled I was to give myself “extra homework” to do after completing my assignments. From 3rd grade and on, I always yearned for a challenge. Despite exploring other professions, I chose medicine because it offered me the opportunity to integrate my love of science and communication and apply them to an altruistic profession. I wanted a profession that would empower me to help others and challenge me to leave my comfort zone.
Have you ever wondered what the world will be like without medicine? What would it be like to live with no hope for the future if you ever became the victim of a disease or an injury of some sort? If you did, then you most likely realized how important the role of medicine is in the lives of human beings. To my family and I, medicine has been a gift that has allowed us to remain alive and healthy together.
