My favorite sport is football. I have always liked football ever since I was a kid. I played football during my middle school years and also my high school years. I was injured during my high school game against the Bernalillo Spartans. I remember that game like it was yesterday.
Youth American football is similar to that of youth nutritional drinks that help provide vitamins, protein, and weight gain to kids growing at a slower pace. Similar to the growth and development provided by the drink, youth football aids kids as they grow and provides them with life lessons and healthiness. Youth American football is a contact sport from grades 1-8 where the main objective of the game is to outscore the opponent team (via touchdowns, field goals, safeties, and extra points). The game is based off of rugby (a common sport amongst Europe and Oceania) and plays similarly to the objectives. American football is a sport enjoyed mostly by Americans but also in various other countries.
Football is for people who are highly proficient. Not only do you have to be very flexible but you have to be alert at all times. If you are not alert you will get hammered into the ground and not know what happened to you. Football
Football is a great sport to teach young boys to work for what they want which is winning the game and eventually taking the championship. When my child plays football, he will gain character and that he can use that to benefit him on life skills. Although some would argue that their child cannot play football because it's too dangerous and is a great cause of concussions or any type of injuries, parents also need to understand the viewpoint of their children. Understanding they want to do and extracurricular activities they want to be a part of.
The game of football is very intriguing. Many people only see this sport as violent hard hitting athletes, but little do they no there is a lot more to the sport of football. Hard work, long days and fatigue is just a small part of what preparation is like for a football athlete. The biggest benefit of any football player is not only being dedicated but being able to have a so called second family. The sport of football comes with many learning stretches such as discipline, dedication, and teamwork no matter the level the athlete which goes way beyond the field.
Ever since I was a toddler, I loved sports. Baseball, basketball, it did not matter; I just liked to run. When I was around 4 or 5, I was in the living room watching the Steelers play the Cardinals and saw Santonio Holmes grab a game winning touchdown to win the Superbowl. I was so excited that I jumped up in the air and I told my dad, “Daddy when I grow up I want to play football and I want to score a lot of touchdowns just like 10 does.”
The sport of football is apart of my life and I have been playing it with my school friends forever. The sport is also a tremendous part of my family, because we watch games together all the time and it brings us together. It is also something I talk about with my friends, and it brings us together and makes us feel as one. The game also keeps me in shape and makes me stronger for the other things I enjoy in life. As I said before, the sport means a lot to me, and helps me out with other
Since I can remember, my mind has been consumed and controlled by one thing and one thing only, football. Football has driven me to not only work hard to achieve my goals, but has made me become a better person, athlete, and teammate. Starting way before kindergarten, I played in a Little Tykes League where I learned the ins and outs of football. From the first game in LTL, I dreamt of playing college football and I was going to do whatever it took to achieve that goal. Although of course the game wasn’t as intricate at that age and the pads weren’t as heavy, I knew I was apart of something greater
football is good is that PDo you ever think your kids aren’t safe playing sports like..Football. Everything on the field is shown safely so nobody gets hurt. Some people are starting to only believe football is too dangerous for kids to play. Others still think it's not dangerous because coaches take the time to teach everyone how to tackle properly and play safely. I personally think football isn’t too dangerous for kids to play with the proper equipment and guidance to tackle.
Football is no doubt a violent game, and a sport for athletes who look to engage in contact. All sports are very competitive and can cause injury, but sports for Americans are a center piece of what our country is. Starting at young ages little athletes swarm rec leagues and YMCA leagues just to get a shot at playing. As you get older and older sports start becoming very serious and competitive, and that’s when injuries can become more frequent. Of course football is one of the most played sports and that’s why it is looked at more than other sports.
Going from a high school athlete to a professional has been an idea that many high school athletes thought about. There are pros and cons about the one and done rule, but today I will be talking about the pros. Going professional should definitely be a consideration for high school athletes. Time is an advantage of going professional. According to ESPN, “Most people don't realize the amount of teaching these kids receive in the NBA before and after practice.
