I have been thinking a lot about what I want to do when I graduate high school. I believe I have come to a final decision. I am going to be a heavy diesel technician. This line of work interests me because I have been in a diesel truck since I was around three years old. My dad is a truck driver and he used to own a few trucks that I had to help work on, and I just fell completely in love.
Do you remember in kindergarten when the teacher would ask the class what they wanted to be when they grew up? The answers usually consisted of firemen, doctors, princesses, cowboys, or an astronaut. Then there was always the teacher’s pet who of course said they wanted to be a teacher (typical). Well college is a lot like kindergarten. Your advisor asks you,” what do you want to do with your life after college”, but this time the answers don’t come as easily.
There are many different things that can impact students in their high school years. Whether these things are friends, activities, or the sports they participate in they all impact the student. Many opportunities are presented to students in high school, although not many impacts the student beyond high school, I believe this opportunity will impact me forever. I would love to be a part of the Early College Program this coming spring. I believe the program will do nothing but help me grow and strive to be a better student and continue being involved.
Wayne County Community College is a focused yet disconnected box. This is understandable; a bulk of the students are older, more experienced, and already involved their field of choice moving towards a known purpose with little time to focus elsewhere. For an older student , this college could be the extent of their educational journey. However, for a younger student, this district is a transitional point rather than an end. Despite it 's stagnated nature, WCCCD has been a wonderful experience.

Returning to college has been an exciting and terrifying decision for me. My husband has encouraged me for 1-2 years, but my fear of failure overwhelmed me and kept me from pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted to pursue. I’m now on this journey and ready for whatever it is that God has planned for me. I have worked hard encouraged my three kids as they transitioned their way through elementary school through middle school and on to high school and graduation.
I was the first in my family to graduate high school and the first to move on to a post secondary school. I knew that the only way I was going to be able to create the life I envision was to work hard for it and put myself through college. I am currently enrolled at the University of Southern Maine with an undeclared major. I have not yet decided on a career path and have been
Zuhei. M GLPO Spring Essay This is second semester soon to be a senior, it's nerve wrecking but exciting at the same time. Just the thought of not knowing what I was supposed to do with the rest of my life made the last little bit of my senior year, very stressful. I then found out that not knowing and being undecided was perfectly okay and I was ready to begin my freshman year at Saint Petersburg College. Talking about graduating high school always seemed unrealistic because it was such a huge goal. After graduation, I had never felt so proud of myself.

I have two specific goals to do after graduate school. In nearly future, I am planning to run a couple of development programmes for SME (Cluster Programme and Supplier Development Programme) into Peruvian government. Since my desired major is in the medical field, Radiology, which is a practice that will continue to be used in the future, I’m confident in obtaining a job in that field of study when I graduate from college. With more jobs available for me, I will have the chance to choose which one that will benefit me most in the long run. I will be able to determine where I would like to live and work due to the demand of my career choices. Being a college graduate will help seeking employment less burdensome, due to the number of jobs available to me.
