Many people go teepeeing especially during homecoming week, but they do not always do it correctly. If you do not now what teepeeing is it is where people put toilet paper all around other people's yard as a prank. The people who get teepeed might not think it is funny, but it is all good hearted fun. It is not hard to be a adept at teepeeing during homecoming week all you have to do is practice and follow these simple steps. The first major step to teepeeing is getting the toilet paper. You need a lot of toilet paper if you are really going to make it look like it just snowed on someone's yard. It may get a little expensive having to buy all the toilet paper especially if you are a poor high school student just like me. If it is a little too expensive just have some of your friends pitch some money and have them come with you to teepeeing. It never hurts to have extra help when trying to teepee. When picking out your toilet paper you do not have to get the most expensive brand of toilet paper. Cheap toilet paper from the dollar store will do just the trick. Also buy black clothes are find some at your house because when you go teepeeing it will be dark out so you do not want to stand out wearing a white shirt. This is why you have to park about a block or two away so nobody sees your car, but also if the person that is getting teepeed runs outside you can run to the car and drive away without having to run for a mile. From personal experience do not bring any personal items with you for example a phone, keys, a wallet, etc. because there is a likely chance you will lose it. Then the next day you will have to go clean up all of the teepee because your phone had your name on it. Once you get there it is time to begin
Ethnography The date of the ethnography was Saturday February 18 between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. The weather was unseasonably warm for February at around 60 degrees and sunny. The setting is the WVU Coliseum for the basketball game against Texas Tech. According to WVU Sports, “After 47 years the WVU Coliseum still remains one of the nation's supreme showcases for college basketball.
The Dale Patrick Burns stated “ I parked in the front of the parking lot, exited out from the driver side, noticed that I forgot to bring my backpack, and I went back to get it. After grabbing my backpack, a guy came up with his hands, and pushed me back. The guy behind me threaten me with something that felt like a gun pointed at my back and grabbed my backpack. After that, they were running toward the red truck into woods. Also, I saw the guy behind me have a red swastika tattoo and has a mohawk hairstyle from the reflection of my truck.”

The Rangerettes mimicked the Texas flag with their uniform to encapsulate independence and uniqueness that is often associated with the Texas flag. Based on their global popularity, they display these concepts with the same fervor; their choreographic drills are created by the team director, and rarely are they based from routines of other teams. In conclusion, there are subtle differences between cheerleading, pep-squads and drill-teams: attire, size, and routine. However, each succession of dance/cheer group has built off of the predecessor to create its own, distinctive routine.
My church plays in the Turkey Bowl Flag Football Tournament every November. This was not only a time to bond with my youth group, but to also create friendships with other church teams. However, there was a problem: my team consisted of players from age 13-20; however, the 13 year olds had little-to-no flag football experience. Consequently, they got less playtime and slowly became discouraged However, as a leader I wanted to show them otherwise: I coached them, helped them, and give them a new perspective on the game.
Growing up, I have had the opportunity to experience what life is like in a town where playing sports is the main form of entertainment and excitement. Due to sports being such a major asset of this small-scale town, shouldn’t it be organized and well put-together? Throughout my life, I have endured all of the pros and cons of each and every one of Yucca Valley sports, whether I happen to be playing, refereeing, or just watching. Within my own experiences, there were numerous flaws throughout the structure of the Yucca Valley youth basketball program. However, just because these complications exist, doesn’t mean they are unable to be amended in a way that can benefit the outcome of success that the youth basketball program is trying to achieve.
When we first moved here my mom went to one of the high school football games and was amazed by the spirit of the fans. She then found out that it was because the football team had won the last two games and they are supposed to be a losing team. Also at this time my brothers and I had been telling my mom for years she needed to quit smoking which she had been doing since she was 13. So, we designed a contract. The contract stated that if the Wabash High School football team had a winning season meaning they had to win 5 games that my mother had to quit smoking.
I’ve gotten to play frisbee all over the country, including Chicago, Minnesota, California, and Oregon. Traveling to frisbee tournaments as a team brings the team closer together, as we gain a better understanding of each other; as we spend time together, our teamwork improves. In fact, I’ve been playing team sports since I was in first grade, so I have a lot of experience working in teams. For example, I’ve played soccer since I was little, and I am now the goalie for my high school. As the goalie, I can see the entire field, so it is my job to get everyone in the right spot; it is my job to get the team to work together.
Throughout the nineteenth century events played out time and time again in college football that would end up having a sweeping significance on American culture. Issues such as racism and women having a larger part in the sports world were dealt with. Business and the art of cheating through one’s sports team were seen as growing rapidly in the football world and obviously having a vast effect on how American business would end up carrying itself. College football and all of its antics would end up not only transforming the American culture then, but everything that was decided on then would set the tone for college football and how it operates now and American culture and the system is handled today.
The shed hunting process starts when deer rub their antlers off on trees. Next people will find them all over and then they will sell them for big money. One of the biggest shed hunters would have to be Bridger Cox on days where he has seminary he will go out to the mountain and look for sheds in the hour of time he has. He also dips his sheds into a certain liquid to make them more white which makes them more valuable. Bridger goes on long camping trips with some of his friends, what they do is shed hunt the whole way into their camp ground, then wake up as early as 5am and shed hunt until it gets dark that night.
My grandpa Wally and grandma Linda have a boat so every time we go camping they will take us out and let us go tubing. I sometimes get scared doing that because Jackson enjoys trying to push me off. I really enjoy camping and I think more people should try it! I really wish summer didn’t have to go so soon, but I’m looking forward for the other seasons too. Rodeo, open runs, and camping are some of my favorite things to do during the summer.
"Let's go Blue Devils!", "Fire it up big blue!" , "We're number one!", "Let's goooo!” All of those sayings are extremely familiar to just about anyone. You instantly are taken back to high school and being under those Friday night lights. You remember the smell of the grass, the sound of the band, and cheering along with everyone else in the stands.
Win or Lose As humans , we have to lose to win. Life may not always be fair or in our favor but we have to let it run its course. Regardless of how long it takes; devotion, spontaneity, and heart can bring forth an opportunity we would have never been. People can not sit in one place and do nothing and still expect to go somewhere.
The most important tip of them all: bring a
