Everyone is faced with one problem or the other. You might be thinking your problem is much more greater than that of your neighbor and later discovered that your problem is much better than that of your neighbor.
Are unemployed today? Then consider this: Is your problem of unemployment really different from any other problem? Or are there universal principles that we can apply to unemployment as to almost every other serious problem?
Oh yes there are universal principles that can help to manage any problem, including the problem of unemployment that seems to defy solution. Every living human being have problems. You do too. So learn to manage them.

1930s Technology “The word ‘unemployment’ has become one of the most dreadful words in the language.” This was a quote by Henry Ford during the early 1930s.
Eric Thomas, a motivational speaker who grew up without a father in the streets of Detroit, discusses his experience with the victim mentality: “Bottom line, I removed myself from the victim mentality and took control of my life. I'm not just going to take responsibility for the success in my life - I'm going to take responsibility for the failures in my life. When you're willing to accept that you're the problem, you immediately become the solution.” Eric is a living witness that if you detach the victim mentality from your mind, and act as a victor, rather than a victim, success will soon follow. This recurring pattern is seen in books like, The Other Wes Moore, a book about two kids both named Wes Moore, who grew up without fathers and lived

However, the length of unemployment has remained constant over the same time period, with little fluctuation and even a slight increase in recent years. This raises concerns in the psychological effects on the unemployed, as the longer that Americans are
4.1 “just do it”. I spend majority of my time just thinking about how I am going to get the assignment done. By the time I start the assignment it feels like I been working on it forever, when in reality I just started. When am given an assignment I need to work on it as soon as I find free time. “to eat an elephant, first cut it into same pieces”.
How does one win and when has one lost? This question is not always clear-cut when applied to life and its many events, especially when a large portion of “happiness” or suffering is involved. When losing, one can learn important lessons that cannot be taught whilst winning and vice versa when winning. This is why it is one’s job to analyze the goings-on of everything they see or experience to discern whether those involved are actually winning or losing. How can one who has suffered so much still be a winner?
American jazz legend Duke Ellington said, “A problem is a chance for you to do your best.” This means that any problem your facing there is always a chance to do anything and everything you possibly can to fix it. I agree with American jazz legend Duke Ellington, because there are so many problems in this world that are still lingering around with people just because they don’t give their all to resolve their problem. From experience I know that if you have a problem and you do your best to solve it you won’t have that problem anymore, but if you don’t really care and don’t put effort into the resolution of that problem, your just going to have to deal with that problem again in the future. There is always a resolution to a problem, so this
You examine the problem from different angles and views. If you really and truly want to achieve your goal, you will try new ways to reach success. Your new attempts will be easier, faster and better. Henry Ford once said: “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more
