Confidence is not a set of rules; confidence is a state of mind. Positive thinking, is one of the main ways to help boost your confidence levels. Confidence comes from feelings of well-being, acceptance of your body and mind and belief in your own ability, skills and experience. The way we think is always number 1, because negativity causes a result of many factors that can caused you to have lack of confidence including: fear of the unknown, criticism, being unhappy with personal appearance and failure. Therefore the way we think is important. No one can beat you when your inner system is secure.

Activity: Set aside time each day to mentally list everything you are grateful for, what you appreciate. Recall your past successes, unique skills, loving relationships, and positive momentum as well as happy memories. You can even create a Gratitude Wall with pictures to remind you every morning of how fortunate you are, a happy morning brings a happy day.
