Not until fifty years ago, communication was done by landline telephones, which were connected using fiber optic chords, and was very expensive to maintain.But the advancement of technology has led to the development of mobile devices, which are very convenient, and provided short service messages, which was not available until the 3rd of December, 1992. This is very ineffective because it will be indicated to the blocked individual that he/she has been blocked by a user, and as a result, cannot view their contents. This might raise speculations on why an individual has been denied access and can lead to misinterpretation especially if individuals are close even when it was done due to personal reasons.
