They each have their God given strengths, focused on their responsibilities for procreation and family viability. Those differences are not easily dismissed… however those differences do not condone gender discrimination in society, and certainly not in the workplace.” (Malkin, 2005) Women mostly have unequal access to health services and education, face glass ceiling at work place.

The access where rights and opportunities are unaffected by the gender [https://en.oxforddictionaries.com]. Women and men are not the same, but they should have equal value and be treated equally [http://dictionary.cambridge.org]. A country without gender equality could not operate at its fully just because half of the population could not do what the other half could.
The word “equality” represents having the same measure, quantity, or amount as another that is identical in value. In the United States, gender equality and equal pay are substantial controversies that affect women and their lives. Wage inequalities do not only affect women while they are employed, they “...follow women into their retirement years, reducing their Social Security benefits, pensions, savings and other financial resources” (Women Deserve Equal Pay), that essentially affects the entirety of their lives. It is often perceived that women cannot achieve the same success in the workplace as men, and therefore should have less rights. The United States government should induct a law directed to gender equality due to the fact that it

Feminism is the theory that eliminates women’s lower command in society and prejudice. It does not mean that women should have better treatment than men but it means that women should treated as same as men in the society and seek the equal rights for both sexes. In one sentence, feminism is the idea that removes when women get produce before they do something in the society because the reason of they are women. This theory made because in many countries there were lots of issues that made from that discrimination between women and men and it always become interested topic in Korean society. Feminism is more of a toxic agenda that seeks to promote the superiority of women in any society. On the other hand, women equality means that women are treated fairly and in equal proportions to men in the society (Verloo, 2007). It means women should be given equal opportunities as men.
The 20th century saw a major increase in women’s rights, getting a step nearer to gender equality. It is defined as the act of treating men and women equally, having the same access to right and opportunities no matter the gender. Although it is not a reality in our world, we do have advanced in comparison to the last century. At the begging of the 20th century women still were considered the weak gender. Their education consisted on learning practical skills such as sewing, cooking, and using the new domestic inventions of the era; unfortunately, this “formal training offered women little advantage in the struggle for stable work at a liveable wage” (1).
Direct discrimination was mainly eradicated by the constitutional and employment legislation. It’s against the law to discriminate on grounds of one’s gender. However, there aren’t enough sanctions, checks, and resources in place to enforce these provisions. It could be argued that that is a form of indirect discrimination. And it starts from how women are valued in the society especially when it comes to jobs and which gender specifically dominates certain sectors e.g.
