The earth, it’s one of a kind, in all the universe and the billions of light-years we have observed we have never found another place like it. When I go out into the pine barrens and look up at the sky I can feel the sun coming down like streams of golden hot liquid to the earth, and breath in the cold fresh air. It reminds me of how the earth was once all this clean and how we need to work harder to get it back to that condition. That heat and clean air is the life blood of our planet. It feeds the plants which intern feed every animal that exists, every zebra, every dog, every butterfly. The earth is resislanet, its been here for billions of years, animals have claimed ownership for almost as long, but right now we are pushing the earth to its breaking point.

We need to stop thinking like we are gods and we are above other animals, it's awful how we treat them, unless they are useful for us we couldn't care less about taking their land or their food or destroying their habitat. We should take more responsibility for the harmful actions happening to the Earth and its inhabitants. Such a polarizing word. Politicians debate it in favor of the oil and fracking companies that put millions of dollars in their pockets, but it’s real, and it is one of the biggest threats to our home we have ever seen. Animals have survived meteors and supervolcano eruptions, but us humans, we are killing them. Every year there is a greater decline in biodiversity and in habitat. We are cutting down the rainforests and saying “screw you” to all the beautiful creatures that live there. People don’t seem to care, at least by their actions, maybe when they think about it they see it as sad but they don’t take the steps they could to end climate change and begin reversing
