Sometimes you just have to hit rock bottom before getting what you want. Your want is greatness but to become great you need to change and be consistent with the change on being healthier. You will struggle, fail, and maybe even want to give up but, that is what gives you motivation. If you were good in everything you put your mind to you would not have any motivation. In the commercial the overweight boy is struggling on his run to keep going, you get the feeling that his muscle may be sore, his heart is beating fast, he is out of breath and he feels like it is time to stop running but does he?
