The same holds true when talking about weight loss as well. In order to lose weight you still need to be eating regularly. Yes, starving yourself will allow you to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time but in the end it isn’t worth it at all. You see, when weight loss seekers try to cut back on the foods they eat through drastic means they are both losing weight and harming their bodies in the short as well as in the long term.
