Middle school students should not have all purpose lockers. Why? For 1 lockers cause too much drama. When I say drama, I mean fights. Students will take the chance to pick a fight with a person they just so happen to dislike, and if they just so happen to be the last people at their lockers a argument or a fight can take place. Students will also use lockers to their advantage. Students will use going to their lockers as an excuss to get out of class and just walk around the hall letting their teacher just think they are at their locker. Teens will use the lockers as an excuss to get out of class and just wonder around the halls of the school just so they can get out of class. It was my 6th grade year and I was in class and this girl needed to get one or two books out her locker that she needed for class. After 10 minutes the girl still has not returned. 15, then 20 minutes passed so the teacher called an administrator to go find the young lady. Turns out she was hanging out with another girl in the bathroom on their cell phones. She did not have or even need the books in the first place.
Middle school student should not have lockers. Why? Well for many reasons, they cause too much drama. When I say drama I mean fights. Also teens can use the lockers as an advantage. I mean, one girl in my 6th grade year stayed in the bathroom for over 20 minutes. Teens will just use lockers as an advantage. If they say their bookbags are too heavy, then they need to clean it out and take all the stuff they don’t need for school. We don’t need lockers, I mean in highschool, maybe.
