The world is getting fatter. Yes, more and more people are overweight and obese, thanks to high consumption of high fat food and less exercise. Obese is now becoming one of the world’s most serious health problems. Ironically, lots of children worldwide are obese as well. According to the WHO data, more than 1.9 billion adults(18 years and older) were overweight in 2014. While over 600 million of these were obese. Even 41 million of children under 5 years old were overweight in 2014.
