Also, people shouldn 't text and drive because it is very dangerous and there is a serious risk of injury or death. Finally, when parents text and drive, it has an influence on their kids, which causes them to pick up the bad habit. While not all might agree, texting and driving is definitely a dangerous habit. First of all, people shouldn 't text and drive because the fine is too small. Currently, there is no national ban on texting or using a wireless phone while driving. However, a number of states have passed laws banning texting or using wireless phones. Some states require the use of hands-free wireless phones while driving.
