Multitasking is a skill that all teens should practice. Time is limited, so it is crucial to use it wisely. Many teens listen to music or watch TV while doing homework or studying. When it comes down to it, multitasking depends on the student, their learning style, and what else needs to be done. If you can have exceptional work while multitasking, then it maximizes your time tremendously.

Auditory learners may need music playing just to stay alert while reading a difficult book or boring subject. Others may just work better with multiple things going on so they wont get bored. But sometimes if you have too much going on, the quality of your work can lessen. Once you fully understand your learning style and how much you can handle without being distracted, then you can start multitasking more efficiently.
Multitasking becomes more prominent in adult life. When you’re in college, you still want to have fun so you’d eventually have to multitask. Taking a book to a party is the very thing that might help you remember the material because it was eventful.
