Imagine finally having the sport you are most passionate about available for you to participate in, yet not being able to compete in it simply because you are not of the correct gender. Nowadays, this is a fairly common issue. Whether it is because of both gender differences or due to the common belief that “boys are stronger than girls”, coeducation exercise is not exceedingly popular. Although many people believe males are stronger than females and think that coed sports are unfair, this type of athletics can benefit all athletes in multiple ways because it will allow both genders to work together more efficiently, allow the participants and sponsors to pay less, and help create connections with others that would not originally be made.

Furthermore, people find out that kids benefit early on from playing travel sports as kids. They have improved those skills through travel sports with a higher level of training (Kountz).

High school and jr.high athletics are very beneficial to every student that is involved with them. In jr.high they allow and help the kids to learn for high school sports and grow and mature at teenagers, it also helps them make friends and allows them to be a lot more comfortable with others. In high school it's the same but instead it helps develop the athlete for the collegiate level if they're going to play at that level. Every student should try to be on a sports team at least once. There are many reason some parents wouldn't want their children to play sports.
In today’s Modern American Society Track and Field records have changed so much over time being that they have gotten a lot better and people are taking their competitiveness to the next level by stepping up and setting a goal for themselves and each time they reach that goal they make a bigger and better goal and it just continues from there. Becoming an athlete takes time and dedication in what kind of athlete you would like to be. Every sport takes training and the love of the sport. No one is going to want to be in a sport that they don't like and training for a sport that you don't like is pointless because not having the love for the sport is a way of knowing that you are not going to push yourself to your full potential in the sport

An athlete also feels better about himself when coach is watching, which can result in more confidence and a better performance. Head coaches need to look at skill level instead of the name or age when it comes to varsity players because they are out there to win, not please people. If an underclassman is truly better than an upperclassman, then the underclassman should receive the opportunity to play above the upperclassman.
