Individual Reflection - Megan Plunkett My group included Cian Browne, Rian Dillon, Adam Smith and I. I was the team leader of the group. This involved ensuring people showed up to meetings and that deadlines were met. We all worked together to design the website, choose a social media platform, utilise google analytics and create content.
As the team leader, I was also responsible for collecting everyone’s works and integrate them into the report. Throughout our time working together, I had proven that my team members did not make the wrong choice. In order to create more opportunities for the team members to discuss and suggest new ideas to our report, I made a Facebook page for the team. This had given Khánh Linh the chance to suggest the team to open a google Drive account so that it could facilitate the process of gathering everyone’s work. In addition, to supervise each member’s working progress, I posted a weekly reminder including a deadline for submitting our work to Google Drive on our Facebook page at the beginning of the week.
