Some of you may already know me in bad light and I’m not here to redeem that or change your opinion of me. I was just 22 and yes, I fell in love with my boss. But unluckily for me, he happened to be the President of the United States and that’s why I had to face the millions of comments against me. As a sportswriter, Pennington chooses his words carefully. Through the use of language which is clear, simple and easily understood he makes the article more accessible to a broader audience. This is illustrated in the quote, “Even in high school cheerleading, there is no uniformity of regulations. . . and little state control” (Pennington). The article offers a tone of concern about the dangers involved in today’s cheerleading programs.
The purpose of these cheerleaders’ is to encourage fans and support their fellow sports teams. This type of cheerleading is the focus of the development of the cheerleader stereotype, as well as the focus of the argument that cheerleading is not a sport. In contrast to recreational cheerleading, competition cheerleading focus on a physically and mentally competitive atmosphere. While I concede that recreational cheerleading lacks many of the core requirements to be considered a sport, I reject the opinion that competitive cheerleading is not a sport.
Lone Star High School is a location where students can feel secure and have many opportunities to showcase their skills and leadership qualities. Our campus is built upon five figurative pillars; Integrity, Strength, Stewardship, Loyalty and Perseverance. These pillars are what make us the admirable school that we are today. I believe everyone of our students must have these five qualities in order to ensure success now and later on in the future. As a student I believe that for one to have integrity they must show signs of righteous ethical morals.

You take the blue pill, your credit crashes, you get denied to live at an rundown apartment. You take the red pill, you are trusted, given access to benefits you earned by on time payments and you are able to see how wonderful good credit can be. After taking the red pill I am pleased to share with other students and peers that being financially responsible is more important than most know and it is easy to obtain. For starters, to be a valid source I am going to be transparent with my financial situation and share that as of today I have a seven hundred and eleven credit score as a twenty four year old college student.
Bullying is an undesirable, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves actual disparity of power. I say that it’s human nature, and you can’t fix that. As such, the current attempt at stopping bullying is not, and will not, work. What we need to do, is cut down our efforts. We have a lot of efforts, but that doesn’t mean that they’re good.

As a student, I believe that there is one huge change that should be done to our school, St. Stephens Catholic School. I am willing to participate to make this school a better place for our fellow students, with this idea that claims to be a positive change. The idea I have that will compact a positive impact on our school is the transition of fresh vegetables for students to eat at lunch. For students to be nourished correctly, I would suggest that instead of canned, processed, and high sugared veggies, this school could instead process fresh grown vegetables for consumption.
Bullying in Schools What seems fun and harmless for some students, is painful and degrading to others. Bullying has been a critical issue around schools, but before it was not as dangerous and know as it is now. These do not means bullying was not happening, it means it was not taken into consideration by parents or teachers. They thought it was just peer pressure or a kids game, and sooner or later the kids would be friends again. At one point, bullies think it’s normal to be mean and abusive to other students.
There are several reasons which lead to cyberbullying One of the causes is people who have been bullied in the past want to do the same with others. When these victims have experienced being bullied, they may seek revenge, in other words, they want someone who is weaker than them to suffer their trauma. In addition, this action is a justification for the time when cyberbullying-victims have been tormented and harassed. By cyberbullying others, they may feel better for themselves but that is just a temporary sense of relief.
Bullying is defined as repeated oppression, physical or psychological of a less powerful individual by a more powerful individual, people or group. It consists of three main types of abuse which are physical, verbal and emotional. Bullying in schools is a common and worldwide spread problem that can have critical and negative implications on the general school climate as well as on the right of students to study in a safe and secure environment without fear. Many people believe that bullying is part of life, happens in all schools and so it’s not an issue to worry about and that it lets individuals know what life is all about as it toughens them but in reality bullying is a detrimental problem that affects most school going children and teenagers physically, emotionally and socially.
